It was fine for a night, but nothing special. If we were choosing something for a longer stay, this probably wouldn’t be it. Breakfast was pretty good with a broad selection.

The hotel was quiet and the desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. My only question was had the carpet been cleaned recently as it felt damp. Clerk was not aware if it had, but maybe the AC drip panel had overflowed or rain???

The guy at the front desk want the friendliest but that’s about on par with most hotels anymore. You can tell the place was older but the room was clean. My complaint is the location of the smoking area, right outside the front doors, so you walk out to a cloud of smoke every time you leave or come in.

It was very nice, clean and close to some great restaurants. But, there were not enough towels in the room for two people for three nights. Also, not enough toilet paper, so I guess what I’m saying is that I wish I didn’t have to keep going to the desk to ask for room essentials during my stay. Other than that I enjoyed it.

Very quick stay. We showed up at 12:30 AM, later than intended. The front desk was very efficient and got us checked in for two rooms even though the second room guests were a half hour behind us. Breakfast was good. Overall no complaints.

I booked this room solely because they have EV charging listed as an amenity. however disappointed to see that gas vehicles were parked in all 4 spots where the chargers were. When we asked the clerk about it his response was basically tough luck we are booked and it’s only a convenience anyway. But for me it was the reason we were there . Don’t advertise it if you’re not going to ensure that it’s available for use . And there were plenty of other open spots because I got one right in the front . Nice stay otherwise and decent breakfast. just annoyed because there aren’t many other places nearby to charge

The toilet was constantly running

Nope. With a side of nope. I can't believe Wyndham has their name on this hotel. The only reason I stayed 1 of my 7 booked nights there was because I had just drove 12 hours and was exhausted. My first room had a toilet seat from 1974 that had yellowed and was attacked by a cheese grater. I asked to change rooms, I even downgraded to get a better room. The 2nd room's toilet seat was acceptable but the door lock was broken, I couldn't lock the door as a woman travelling alone and there was unidentifiable substance on the headboard. I slept curled up in the middle of the bed to avoid touching anything.
The front desk listened to my concerns and I was refunded back the 6 nights I did not stay there by Expedia/hotels.com.

The shower was amazing. great water pressure and the dove shampoo and conditioner smelled good. just 2 things that could improve.
breakfast needs more gluten free options.
maybe a rice based cereal and eggs.
and the ice machine on the second floor was out of order. other than that i fully recommend this place.

Very dirty grungy and smelled musty. We refused to stay and were fortunate to get a refund.

Bathroom in poor condition . Loose and missing floor grout. Cracked and chipped tile, risk of lacerations to bottom of feet. Tub spout/shower diverter not working, paint peeling on the ceiling, exhaust fan not working, poor drainage in tub and sink, badly cracked shower wall.
We need to stay an additional 2 days but moved to another hotel.

The hot water mixing valve was not working properly. Water would change temperature radically from ok to scalding hot without changing the valve.

The hotel itself has had water damage. Our room had a visible giant spot over the bed that they did not try to blend with the rest of the ceiling. The headboard wasn’t clean and had some sort of water/grease marks and the shower tub water faucet was coming out of the socket and needed to be caulked (same with the toilet water connection). There were some dark spots in the shower area up top that seemed questionable like black mold, but I didn’t check it more. Our sink came out with brown water when we first tried to wash our hands but it returned to normal after a bit. Overall, staff were nice and helpful, but the rooms need better long term maintenance as the price to stay here isn’t on the lowest end and we have stayed at cheaper places that were cleaner and better maintained.

The bed was awful, both of us work up with backaches and had to sleep on the couch which was also not comfortable. The sink in the bathroom was filthy but the rest of the bathroom was clean. There were dead bugs in the windowsill behind the curtains.

I was a nice place at a reasonable price. The negative was they were having the place reroofed while we were there. Teh noise started before 7 AM.

The hotel was dirty due to construction. The hotel rented the top floor of the building and roofing began at 6:30 AM. The properties own policy considered it to be the quiet hour. It was so loud that we complained. The front desk said they were not authorized to make any accommodation. We won’t be back.

They were improving the facility. We were awakened by other guest arguing right outside of room and up and down the hallway.

Under construction loud at 7 am trash everywhere ladders left up overnight and couldn’t even find parking because the workers took all the spots. I have pictures of all of it and I want my money back. I was not in need of a place to stay I just wanted a nice hotel for the night. Was never informed of the hotel being under construction.

My garbage was overflowing & NOONE would empty it. I stopped at the desk to ask that we had clean towels, beds made, & the garbage emptied. Nothing happened! I will NEVER stay at another La Quinta hotel again!

It is unfortunate that Expedia would be promoting a property that has so many potential dangerous and harmful challenges.
Specifically
1) Black Mold in bathroom
2) Damaged and dirty furnishings
3) Very noisy
4) limited breakfast - no hot water
5) Needs maintenance throughout building
