Basic room, bed was firm and high off ground. Had microwave, fridge, small coffeemaker. Bathroom adequate, had hot water. 1st floor had exterior rooms while 2nd floor was interior entry.

The very first room they placed me in was horrible and I had to paid a additional $20 to get the room that the desk clerk promised that would be available for me when I’d checked out earlier that morning

Room was ok. Bed was only fair in comfort but ok. Hallways smelled like cigarette smoke which was attempted to be covered up with some sort of chemical.

Hotels.com never sent our reservation until after 9 pm even though we made the reservation around 5:30 pm. I ended up paying for another room, but hotels.com refunded us. Man at front desk was very nice. Our room was fine but really needs upgrading. The bath towels were no bigger than hand towels. The bed was comfortable, and the price was right. We would stay here again.

Old and run down. Which is fine. But not clean. Stains on the beds. Floor sticky. Bathroom small. TP on the floor. Halls dirty. People wandering around outside.

Nice affordable place. One FYI - it is more of a motel in that the room door is external, which is not as safe as a hotel with interior doors. But the room was clean and bed very nice. Worth the price.

Nice friendly greeting upon arrival, and everything you'd expect as promised. We got off the exit easily, and back on the highway early, feeling refreshed.

The towels were all stained & old. The pillows were old & need replacing. The toilet leaked. There were no tissues. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone to stay in even for one night.

Just stayed one night. Good location that was easy to access after a concert at Hershey Stadium. Room was clean. Check in and out Service was quick and easy. Air conditioner made a little noise but not enough to disturb.
Nothing fancy or extra but affordable and convenient for what we needed. Would stay here again.

We stopped for the night during a long road trip. It was great. We had our 3 dogs and it was perfect. A nice dog walking area as well. Very clean and comfortable room. Would recommend.

Room was small with king bed but clean and comfortable. Staff friendly with plenty of parking. It's in an office park and a bit difficult to find as trees block the sign but just look for the red colored roof on the left.

I don’t care for motel style with rooms off the parking lot. Also, patrons smoke outside their room.

The room was clean and pleasant for our stay the front desk clerk was friendly and efficient this was just a weekend away for some quiet and some sightseeing so the the room and rate was great location was also good would stay with red roof again the only downside was the beds were to hard so an uncomfortable sleep

There is no elevator and we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. They just painted, so you can smell the paint. The AC wouldn't work properly in our room. And someone got hair dye all over the bathroom. There were stains in the shower, the shower curtain, hairdryer. And the towels and pillowcases had grease stains on them. The one nice thing is that the bed was very comfortable!

You get what you pay for but this was a little pricey for what you got actually. The motels face outside so therefore it makes it very noisy to stay in between the outdoor noise upstairs and around which are your neighbors. Upon entering the room it’s smelt like bleach There were hair strands on the bedding as well as a small bug not sure what it was. Made it very uncomfortable to sleep there. Parking at night was not so good either not many spots available

Bed was pretty comfortable. Shower water was not hot, lukewarm at best. Small room and bathroom. Clean room but the towel rack fell apart when I took the towel off. A/C in room was good but no A/C in hallway, it was very hot. Friendly service.

The room was nicely remodeled, but was not clean, and towels were past their prime. Put 4 pillows on the bed, one per person isn’t comfortable. No hot water in shower, just warm. Stairwells smelled like old beer and marijuana. Half & half instead of powdered whitener would be nice. The staff was very nice, check in and out was smooth.

This is a decent absolutely no frills stay place. Gave a us a place for an overnight stay. Rooms a pretty clean, there was staining on the sheets, and it is an older room, but not enough to make a need to change places. They have lots of security cameras for safety, so overall I felt comfortable for my teen daughter and I to stay the night.

This room looked clean, but smelled otherwise. The phone did not work properly and the toilet did not flush easily.
I checked in at 3 pm and departed at 8 pm.
The smell was unbearable.
