The views from the spa were amazing.

Great place to get away from the cold mountains. Only missed temperature control for room for occupants with hours of heat working and need a room card key to keep electricity on. Great spa access with restaurant and friendly reception with Sofia! Great views!

Hotel is located near Andorra city center and easy access to sky resorts , we were traveling with our 3 year old daughter and she was not allowed to enter Spa facilities .Staff is friendly and Breakfast is good . Rooms are spacious but temperature was too high during the night , dificult to adjust the heater

We enjoyed a weekend here and it was nice, the team went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. The resort at the time of our visit had plenty of children but that's not surprising given that schools are out for summer. The location is also a short drive to downtown however because of overhanging proximity to the freeway, some rooms can be noisy from the cars. The pool is a nice addition.

Everything about the place was top class, including the staff. Not to far from downtown and close to everything thats needed, cant wait to go back.

Lovely hotel in a nice quiet area, within walking distance to a nice restaurant in Sispony called Moli Dels Fanals. Small spa area, nice to relax in but the sauna wasn't working.

This Hotel was Excellent large room with a small Balcony.High standard of cleanliness. Stone building with lots of flower boxes very pretty. Reception were so helpful went to the trouble of finding out information for Fly Fishing. Restaurant was Excellent as well. It was no problem for them to cater for our dietary needs . Parking was free outside. Enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was excellent the service was great and they went out of their way to make sure our accommodations for the next leg of our journey were in place before we left the hotel.

Property overall was fine. Good breakfast, good location, easy parking. One issue was that it was very warm and there is no air conditioning--and no fans. They found us a fan--but it was really hot and hard to sleep. If it had been winter, or the weather had been cooler, it would have been better. Good breakfast, nice staff, good shower.

The only issue we had with a distressed newborn baby in the neighbouring room was quickly handled with a room change.Both rooms were spacious and sparkling clean.The breakfast was delicious.Would love to return to Andorra with more time to enjoy.

The hotel is quiet, clean and situated close but not too close to the major shopping areas.

This hotel is fantastic! the views are stunning, facilities, and food were wonderful. I would highly recommend the half board as well as the breakfast, not just for convenience but for the quality! :) Traveling with our 6 month year old is always difficult but here they catered for her with a nice crib and friendly hotel staff. I would definitely come back to Andorra and to this hotel.

Front desk guy upon check in (lower tower, 27 March around 4:30-5pm) explained that my reservation did not include a spa access and it surprised me because it did not specify on expedia website about spa fees under extra charges. This would have been ok. But he did not “apologize” for the misunderstanding even if it was not his fault. I myself deal with difficult clients everyday and I always say sorry even if it isn’t my fault and then explain my side. It is quite difficult to point fingers as to whether this is expedia or hotel’s fault. Anyway, we got up in our room and after 3 hours we went down to have dinner in downtown and we saw that same guy at the front desk. I smiled and he didn’t. We got back to the hotel around 11pm and that same guy was there and I did not smile because I do not want another awkward moment of not getting a smile back, and true enough he did not greet us either. like he saw no one. I am not sure if it is the air filter or exhaust in the bathroom of room 228 is full of dust and needs to be changed (see photo). The chairs (all 3 of them) are full of stain (see photo). Breakfast was really good, but overall friendliness of the staff was not felt.

This hotel was located just a few minutes outside of Andorra Vella in the relatively quiet area of Sispony. The staff spoke English very well and were extremely helpful and pleasant. The accommodation was superb, very comfortable and spacious and they provided a large breakfast assortment. Overall, a very lovely hotel!

Nice room, great view, good breakfast. We travelled with 2 kids, 6 year old and 3 months old. When we booked our room we forgot to ask for extra bed and crib, however, when we got the room extra bed and nice crib with very comfy and colorful sheets were already set up. We were pleased with the staff and hotel.

Hotel in good location, but outdated, shower was broken on first night of stay, pillows very uncomfortable. Four stars definitely not belong to this hotel.

Really good hotel, the only problem is that the free wifi just work in the shared area. I visited andorra in june (summer) low season, and the price was really good. The pool was big and warm.

The facility is beautiful, surrounded by the Pyrennes and quaint villages. The staff friendly and helpful, Our room was spacious, the bathroom had all the amenities one would need and the facility, grounds and our room were clean and well maintaIned. Our dinner was excellent, prepared as ordered and nice presentation. The buffet breakfast was a feast, the friuit, meats, cheeses breads were fresh and there were a varity of food items. We lov ed this place!
