Had an amazing time, this was my first time using a hotel with a valet service. Thank you for such great service and amazing hospitality.

It was just fine. There were a couple of items that need attention. The lamp on the east side of the bed is a little shaky and under the fridge the bottom it sits on needs some work.

Came for a cheer comp. Room smelt like a nursing home and smoke. Carpet had stains all over it and no outlets were convenient Oman’s some not working. Only two towels were in the room and when we requested more it took over an hour to get them. The night crew were in terrible moods! I never write reviews but this was a nightmare.

The inside atrium and the bar were very nice. The food was good. The beds were very comfortable so were the pillows towels nice and fluffy. It was very quiet. We couldn’t hear the neighbors or the elevator even though we were right across from it But the room colors, carpet and decorations were a little outdated. We had literally no view. It was pretty much a brick wall. But aside from that for one night it was a nice place

Everything was excellent except at one point i couldnt get a towel , it was on my last day, so? But other than that, we love the wyndham Grand

The hotel lobby is actually quite beautiful. The service was amazing from check in to valet to dinning. The room was a tad bit dated and could use new carpet, but the beds were extremely comfortable including perfect pillows. Everything was spotless. I absolutely will stay here again. It was less than a 5 minute walk to paycom for our show.

Stains all over the couch. Given 2 towels for 6 people, 2 tiny bottles of soap for all of us to share, no bedding/pillows for the pull out sofa/bed, called and requested more items and they brought it to the wrong room. We waited for an hour for more linen and was brought a fitted sheet and nothing else. Terrible service and room was disgusting. Called ahead as we checked in late and we didn’t get to bed till 2am due to not having the room ready with bedding, towels, etc. absolutely ridiculous.

Stay was ok ! Water pressure was terrible and having to pay for parking was not convenient at all! Staff was nice but overall extremely unsatisfactory

The room smelled, furniture was worn and stained. Carpet was extremely dirty and bathroom could have been cleaner.

Check in was easy and fast! Valet parking is an additional $34, we just parked at a parking garage close by and paid $16. Other than that ever else was great!! Will definitely stay again!

Used to stay here decades ago. Went back on a whim. They’ve updated the place obviously. Was very nice. Classic atrium style hotel. Was a little disappointed that only valet parking was available on site - which adds a bit to the cost per stay - but the breakfast at the restaurant was both good and very reasonably priced. So it’s kind of a wash there. The valet people did a good job, and have to run sometimes several blocks to get the cars. Was a good location for my purposes.

Hot tub didn’t work and that was the only reason we booked here. Definitely will be staying at a different hotel next time we’re in town

Very pleasant stay, beds were a little lumpy, but overall our one night stay was good. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Our TV did not work. And no one could fix it when we got to room. Also the bar only had 2 Coors light beers which is what we drink. The valet service was awesome. Those guys did a terrific job. For the price of hotel should have free breakfast!

Great place to stay in downtown OKC! Easy walking distance from all downtown attractions. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Pool, hot tub, and sauna are a nice bonus.

My room was filthy with permanently stained carpet. The front desk was very helpful and moved me to an upgraded room. Unfortunately it had the same permanently stained carpet. I checked out and stayed at a nearby hotel. This hotel is tired, has been neglected and needs some TLC.

The hotel lobby was beautiful. The room, not so much. The carpet was filthy the bathroom lights didn’t work and the toilet was cracked.

House keeping left fresh towels on the floor of the entry door. Room was dirty, toilet kept running and kept me up all night. Valet on Sunday morning had poor customer service. Hotel was dated.

Got asked to upgrade for 25 dollars, wish I wouldn’t have. Room very dated, couch in such bad state, couldn’t sit on it. Holes in lamp, carpet dirty stained and coming apart. Shower curtain not wide enough and water wouldn’t drain from tub

No hot water for 2 of 3 days. Had to take cold showers. Refused to park my truck in valet. Had to leave at hospital and Uber back and forth.

This is an older hotel but do not let that deter you! Very nice inside and out. Valet parking. Smooth check in. The staff at breakfast is absolutely phenomenal! The nicest people with excellent service

The whole junior suite floor was soaked from the time we walked in - the time we walked out. The room smelt awful.

I stay at the hotel every time I am in town for business. The staff are very friendly, and managers are helpful when necessary. The price is also very reasonable for the accommodations. I recommend to everyone traveling to Oklahoma City from our company. Additionally, the accessible rooms are very well done and have plenty of space for wheelchairs.

My wife and I stayed at the WG in OKC while we were in town for a concert. The hotel was perfectly located, and an amazing price! I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for accommodations downtown or near Bricktown!

Great location! We went to a concert at the Paycom and the hotel location was close enough to take a walk to the Paycom and bricktown. It was clean and comfortable. There were a few options in the hotel for food but they weren't open much. There is only valet parking, but street parking was free after 5 on Friday. Overall, we enjoyed our stay a great deal and would book this hotel again.
