Hotel lobby was cute & cozy. There was plenty of info about things to do in the area. Kevin at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel room was nothing fancy, but it had a mini fridge so that was a nice convenience. The room temp was freezing, I was surprised they allowed it to get that cold, it took a good hour to warm up. The bathroom was a bit run down, but the bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was a nice surprise.

Not the fanciest but a simple thing like being able to open the window for some fresh air was great. The beds were very comfortable and the larger refrigerator was wonderful when traveling and bringing our own food along.
The location was nice for heading up and down the door. New Starbucks down the block made this the perfect spot for us!

Good hotel overall. A little dated, but clean and quiet. They do a good job with breakfast and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, easy access to Door County and Green Bay. I would say there again.

Older motel that’s adjacent to both a McDonald’s and Target. They served the best breakfast of any place we stayed in on our trip.

Outstanding staff! Very friendly and responsive to every request , extra towels, room makeup request, early check in etc. Somewhat aging property but still nice and at agood price point. Loved the jacuzzi.

Pleasant and welcoming staff at the desk.
Comfortable room though nothing special.
Breakfast food was running out by 8:30 a.m. Choices were limited. Coffee was not hot.

For the price the hotel was not great. Beds were very uncomfortable.
Food and pool were good though.

Overall our stay was enjoyable. The continental breakfast was okay but nothing to get excited about. The pool and hot tub were okay but the water smelled a bit funny. The sauna was out of order. The noise level was low and the beds were comfortable.

Staff was very friendly and layout nice in the suites. However, property is very tired. Outside needs staining, the sofa was frayed at bottom and sunk down a couple inches when you sat down. Comforter looked like someone slept on it — terribly wrinkled. Would be a nice place if they did some much needed updates.

I gave this hotel 2 stars, 1 for the friendliness of staff and 1 for the cleanliness. Downfalls: the bed was terrible, most uncomfortable bed I've had at a hotel, our toilet kept clogging to the point where we had to keep the plunger in our bathroom, after hot tub use there were no towels available, the rooms are clearly aging and could use a lot of improvements/upgrades. Hotel is way too overpriced.

We had a great stay! Wonderful staff, awesome hot breakfast, clean pool area, comfortable beds, great location off the highway! We had family visiting from Utah/Idaho. Thumbs up from all of them as well!

The front desk staff was super friendly. We were disappointed the free breakfast didn't run later than 9 am. People on vacation like to sleep in so, unfortunately, we missed breakfast both days we were there.

Great stay clean comfortable. Unseasonably hot but AC kept up well. Coffee maker in room shampoo nice towels Breakfast is over early so ask when you check in. They were pretty much put away but dug us out yogurt and bananas. Coffee in lobby all day nice front desk staff. Expedia reservations do not give any Wyndham credits so be aware of which frequent customer option you pick and check both sites

We really enjoyed the AmericInn in Sturgeon Bay. We had a spacious room, spa, comfortable bed. We especially appreciated the beautiful clean pool. Also the larger refrigerator with freezer was helpful for keeping our cooler ice as we took day trips. Breakfast was excellent. Good location for Door County site seeing. Really friendly and hard working staff. Congratulations to Manager Tom!
