I was put at the back of the 1st floor, where they don’t clean- the hall rugs were only vaccummed only to almost the end of the hallway. From my room (171) to the back exit they were filthy. There was even a dead roach. I stayed 2 noggts, and nothing changed. My bathroom floor was dirty too. I booked through Expedia & got a deal, and it seems I was punished for that. All customers need to be treated equally, no matter what we pay.

We really only slept and showered. The coffee was awful. The towel were old, good think and heavy, but old. Toilet paper was cheap. The usb outlet by the bed did not work.
The rest of the stay was fine.

We had a three day stay as part of a longer trip. This was one of the nicer places we experienced. The floors and carpet probably could use a deep clean, but they were clean enough. It was a pretty good place to stay. Note: for some reason, there is a five dollar parking charge per vehicle per night. The price/value ratio was good. I would stay here again.

They charged for parking! Cars $5.00 And Trucks $25.00 a day. And then even though the Fire Alarm Company was testing the system from 0900-500. They still rented rooms with the testing of the fire Alarm going off all day long. And said that the manager wouldn't compensate for the inconvenience. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN, EVEN THOUGH I COMPANY HAS A CORPORATE ACCOUNT WITH THEM. THEY SAID THE REASON WHY THEY CHARGE $25 FOR TRUCKS IS THEY TAKE UP TWO PARKING SPOT, CHECK OUT THE PICTURES. IT WON'T LET ME UPLOAD THE PICTURES OF MY TRUCK PARKED IN ONE PARKING SPACE.

Some staff at front desk were very nice, but one lady was rude and not nice to work with. I booked 2 rooms due to big family size. In one room the situation was nice, but the other room was next door to a couple that talked very loudly until 2:15 AM. Very frustrating and marijuana smell was leaking into our room from somewhere. Not a nice night in this room by any measure.

Proper standard hotel. We are on a roadtrip and has all the amenenties needed without bells and whistles. If you need a good night sleep and a shower, perfect place to stay. Also close to multiple food and shopping centers.

Decent hotel, but generic hair wash products and shower gels. Ours were also empty and when we notified the hotel they said they could only replenish it the next morning.

The staff where all extremely helpful and nice. Extremely clean! Very comfortable rooms and beds. My only complaint was no microwave in the room.
My coffee maker did not work, they got me a new one right a way. Larg screen t.v.

Very friendly staff, good customer service. I thought there was an issue with the air conditioner and they came up immediately. Turns out I was trying to use the wall unit which doesn't work instead of the actual ac unit. The room was very clean and well stocked. Bed and pillows were comfortable and allowed for a restful sleep. Parking was available in front anytime we arrived back to the hotel. There was paid breakfast. From what I could see it looked like continental. Although we didn't use the pool it was clean. A few places to eat were within walking distance and more just a short drive. Location convenient and safe. I will definitely stay here again. I only thing was the door was hard to open. Recommend.

We were on the 3rd floor at the very back of the building, so going to and from our room was always quite the walk. The room smelled like cigarettes and the bathroom was not very clean to say the least. The refrigerator did not keep our stuff cold. There is a very nice mounted and swivel TV with a remote control that barely worked. We did have the pool to ourselves all weekend which was nice. No one mentioned breakfast was in a separate building across the way, so we missed out on that but there was a little starbucks with an older lady who worked there and she was very nice. Most of the staff was very friendly.

My husband and I went to Chandler for our anniversary. Very nice hotel with professional and friendly employees. Rooms were nice and clean. Good shower and comfortable beds. We liked everything about this hotel - including location. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Rooms are very clean the bed very comfortable, they are so many restaurants, and Gas stations near by the freeway get on and off ,so easy

Was a good price for what we got. Was definitely best bang for buck if that’s what you are looking for. Staff were helpful when asking questions of any sort and as well flexible with the guests. Don’t have any problems with my stay, great experience overall.

The staff was friendly. Check in was quick. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean and had clean towels, bathroom amenities, the shower and toilet were clean. Last but not lest the beds were comfortable. I totally recommend this hotel. There is a $5 parking fee which i did not expect but still worth it.

I was very disappointed when I arrived because it took the person at the front counter 45 minutes to check us in. We got there at 3:15 in the morning and didn’t get to our room until 4 AM. Additionally, I booked the room for five people and there was only two beds with no extra pullout bed or anything, this room is for people to sleep comfortably not five .

we stayed at 8 hotels during our trip and this hotel was number 1! The room and pool were absolutely fantastic! We did have to leave the pool early because the light was broken (and I think it had been like that and just not fixed yet). I would definitely stay here again if I was traveling. There were lots of shopping and places to eat that were close by.

A good place for a quick night in Phoenix. I just wish they would always shove you way in the back of the hotel. Other than that it's a fine place. Staff is friendly.

I enjoyed myself and the time I spent around the hotel. The staff is exceptional and friendly. I would recommend it for anyone. If you want a better rate. If you find the cheapest third party app rate. Then, go to the agent desk and see if they are able to meet or beat the rate. Plus, if you are asked to upgrade. I we would suggest the balcony rooms for instance. Enjoy yourself!!

Overall it was a great trip and experience, the only negative that I would have to say would be that the shower tube was dirty and when we requested room service for more towels and blankets. It seems like they just went in the room to open the blinds and turn the AC off! In a city that was 116ºF. Mind you they didn't take our dirty towels or brought up blankets at all. So if you are looking for a place and you are a clean freak you might not be looking in the right place. If you can undermine those little things and bring/keep your own area clean you should be good!
