Jacuzzi was hot and the jets were strong. Excellent breakfast.

Disappointed in the care and management of this hotel. We were there for only two nights, but don't think we'd return. ALL the cleaning carts were lined up on the first floor hallway and stayed there ALL day. Never seen this before. Of our 3 rooms, the keyless entry failed on 2 of them and had to have several maintenance visits. The pool area needed to be cleaned, and the pool was not very clean. The location is actually good, but there are other hotels in the area.

Upon arrival room was not ready. There was a sign posted about 'NO WIFI" There were minor upgrades to hotel which help but they should remove carpeting from rooms. Breakfast was terrible. Will not return.

Fine hotel. I wish the weekend breakfast started earlier, as many of the Jupiter water activities start early in the day. Lots of strip malls with fast food and fast casual options nearby. 15 minute drive to Jupiter piers and waterfront places.

Could use a few up dates but our suite was clean and breakfast was wonderful. Colors should be upgraded and sheets renewed. Mine were all pilled.

Generally good value for the money spent. Close to 95 and most places of interest in that area. Room could have been cleaner-some property left by last guest found in the bathroom. Otherwise very good.

Besides we had to ask for a room change, everything else was good. Staff was excellent! Breakfast excellent and hot! Coffee and fresh water in the lobby at all times during the day. Starbucks Coffee right across (like 30 steps).

The carpets are so filthy, I could feel the filth on my bare feet. After walking around all day in that room, the socks I’d put on were black. The mattress was ok. The TV fine. At one point, I’d told the reception desk that all three handicapped spots in front were blocked by a truck performing some service there. Thirty minutes later, still blocked.

Rooms could use an update but we’re very clean and area is great. Could walk to Starbucks or across the street to restaurants. Staff and housekeeping crew were super welcoming and kind.

Gary at check-in could not have been MORE helpful, effective and cooperative. We has a couple small issues which Gary jumped on the resolved. He made the stay very pleasant.

I like the location, with one exception, Indiantown Rd. is a very busy, therefore noisy, road. Obviously,there is nothing you can do about that.

Smelly wet carpet like it was just shampooed with a strong smelling cleaning agent. My kids and I walked in the room with socks on and got soggy wet feet. Breakfast was unclean, staff didn’t care
