Jacuzzi was hot and the jets were strong. Excellent breakfast.

Disappointed in the care and management of this hotel. We were there for only two nights, but don't think we'd return. ALL the cleaning carts were lined up on the first floor hallway and stayed there ALL day. Never seen this before. Of our 3 rooms, the keyless entry failed on 2 of them and had to have several maintenance visits. The pool area needed to be cleaned, and the pool was not very clean. The location is actually good, but there are other hotels in the area.

Upon arrival room was not ready. There was a sign posted about 'NO WIFI" There were minor upgrades to hotel which help but they should remove carpeting from rooms. Breakfast was terrible. Will not return.

Generally good value for the money spent. Close to 95 and most places of interest in that area. Room could have been cleaner-some property left by last guest found in the bathroom. Otherwise very good.

Besides we had to ask for a room change, everything else was good. Staff was excellent! Breakfast excellent and hot! Coffee and fresh water in the lobby at all times during the day. Starbucks Coffee right across (like 30 steps).

The carpets are so filthy, I could feel the filth on my bare feet. After walking around all day in that room, the socks I’d put on were black. The mattress was ok. The TV fine. At one point, I’d told the reception desk that all three handicapped spots in front were blocked by a truck performing some service there. Thirty minutes later, still blocked.

I like the location, with one exception, Indiantown Rd. is a very busy, therefore noisy, road. Obviously,there is nothing you can do about that.

The condition of the building outside could use a fresh paint job, we spoke to the front desk about our concerns with the room and hopefully they will be quick to remedy the issues. The breakfast area was well stocked but needs to be more organized.

The only complaint I can make is that the hotel is tucket away in the back so you can miss it easily. The hotel sighn is dark at nght.
