The stay was great. The only exception was the faulty smoke alarm that kept beeping routinely. I had to consistently reset daily.

We experienced cockroaches in multiple rooms offered to us and ultimately decided to leave. The level of dirtiness in the rooms is so much, there could not have been any detailed cleaning in months to years. There is debris on the walls, trim, floors, etc. from long periods of not being wiped down. The toilet flooded from the bottom of the floor during the one night we were there. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever entered and it felt more like a hostel or one night stand kind of trailer type hotel.

I pre-paid for a suite with two beds (for two adults and an adult sized teenager) for a two night stay. When I checked in, I was told that wasn't available. They gave me a room with a single bed for the first night but were able to find me a suite with two beds for the second night. I was not offered any sort of refund or compensation.
The staff were very friendly and polite, but the property is being remodeled. The flooring in the common areas has been pulled up. The adhesive is filthy and sticks your shoes making it impossible not track into the rooms. The rooms, other than the floors, are clean but not what I would expect for the chain or the price.

They didn’t have a room ready when I arrived two hours after checkin time, the shower leaked all over the floor, and the smell in the hotel was awful

Horrible place to stay. Stinking smell all the property as if somebody is cooking rotten fish. Rooms are so dark with no natural light makes you feel like you are in dungeon. Furniture and bed are so worn out which I can see stinking fungus and mold on the mattress and worn out cushions teared with filling material popping out. Not at all safe for families to stay.
Had to checkout the property in an half an hour and got an absolutely beautiful accommodation at nearby CrownPlaza for the same price.

The property is overall in bad condition. Needs major updates and upgrades. Dirty inside and out. My room smelled like smoke, from the previous guests and from other people who were smoking inside the hotel. I found used contraceptive packaging on the A/C unit. The covering of the A/C unit was broken and the A/C didn’t work well. Other guests were constantly congregated at the sitting areas outside smoking marijuana. Wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you are looking for a cheap rate.

The staff were nice that was the only reason I gave communication a few stars however the room was dirty the halls reek of urine and other unsanitary items the place was not cleaned and even after I cleaned the unit myself I still seen roaches. I could not believe I did not get a full refund I was moving into my home and could not imagine bringing a bug into my new place from a hotel stay

I was supposed to stay 2 days but checked out after the first day.I paid in full so I still have to try to get a refund for the second day. The room wasn't clean, huge stains on the sofa, rgw shower and toilet was cleaned looks like it wasn't cleaned in months I had to go to Publix to buy cleaning supplies andcspent 2 hours that day cleaning. On top of that i forgot my fast charger, the charging cables tobmy iphone, and Android. When I called back to the hotel they told me that the cleaning personnel didn't find anything. On top of that you had people sitting around in the hallway andbin the stairs cleaning their feet, on the phone or and just sitting around. It was horrible. How can I get my money back for the second day the receptionist said i would have to contact Hotels.com

The hotel is bad, bad condition of the rooms, but the worst is the unsafe place and guests. People living there and smoking pot early in the morning and late at night. I leave earlier and asked the refund because I witnessed a fight in front of the hotel outside of the front door, while people around in their cars smoking and laughing and recording instead of calling the cops. I travel all around the globe and this was the worst experience ever.

The hotel has roaches, I paid for a few days to stay had to change the room I was in the next day. The new room I was changed to have more roaches in the last. The first time I was in tub was stopped up. And I never got a refund from leaving.
I definitely would not recommend anyone to stay unless they don’t mind roaches.

I need to request a full refund. Police were on property dealing with a situation upon arrival. There was no power from midnight to 7:30 am and property staff did nothing to alarm, to inform, to update customers. Needless to say, I was panicked, felt unsafe, since landline was not working. It was a terrible stay and seeking a refund or disputing my credit card claim is my best option.

The property was rundown. The entrance door to the stairwell was broken. Carpet and hallway was filthy. There was a molded smell in the hallways and stairwell. kids running around making noise noises all hours of the night. There were cockroaches running around the bathroom and kitchen area. I do not recommend..

This place is absolutely dirty. The matress cover had blood stains on it. The chair they have for the desk had bodily fluids still on it. It stunk. Weed smell on the hall ways. Bathrolm was dirty too. I would absolutely recomend for anyone to pay more for a better stay else where. Will never stay here again.

No USB ports in room at all. Some AC electrical plugs not working. Plastic battery panel on TV remote missing so AA batteries fall out. Got a note on the door second day of stay stating I would have to switch rooms due to remodeling they suddenly decided to do. Then turns out I didn’t have to move at all.

I had booked my room for two nights but checked out after one night. Found a roach in the shower and the microwave was infested with roaches. Since I paid in advance, Hotels.com was supposed to get me a refund for the second night but I've not received it. The hotel refunded the pet fee I paid for the second night.

I honestly don't know where to start. The front desk clerk was very friendly and understanding when I forgot my I.D. and gave me time to retrace my steps to retrieve it. Unfortunately that's as positive as it gets. From roaches to bloodstaines. The constant smell of other people cooking. Barking dogs. If you have to find an inexpensive lodging then I guess but I'm not going back.

Beautiful pictures - at least in the hotel description. But in reality - what a scary place!! Saw a bunch of homeless people wandering around the property. Some of them were near the lobby asking the staff for some favors.
The hotel does not even have any resemblance to the pictures posted. The place smelled bad and people were vaping you know what in the property as well.
I realized the hotel is not safe upon checking in and that the booking was a mistake and wanted to cancel the booking (3 nights were booked), but the property owner didn't even refund us for a single night. I know I booked after seeing the ratings/pictures in hotels.com, so want to make sure future guests know what to expect at this place.

Lied about not having the room I reserved and told my booking agent that they didnt have the reservation but told me the room i reserved was not available that I would have to make other arrangements, after traveling well over 5 hrs for a family vacation!
