I booked a junior king suite and i received a call the day of saying that a guest extended their stay and that my room was no longer available. I was given a corner suite, breakfast, and a compt drink for the inconvenience. I had to take the next avaliable room which was a downgrade and i have not heard anything about a refund for the inconvenience.

This hotel is very nice. Our one complaint is that it advertises a restaurant and bar. It really was not a restaurant, the bartender ran to the back to fix up some food. She could not make a simple coffee drink. That was disappointing.

This was so close to the harbor we could see it from the window and walk to it. One block. Beautiful view and sounds.

We only stayed here for one night but it was pretty nice, room was pretty clean, breakfast is okay but is $10/person, so not really great for the price. The staff was all very nice and helpful.

Hotel was fairly old and needed a deep clean. In the morning I woke up with a cockroach in bed. It oddly also smelled of cigarettes in the lobby. Bed was comfortable, it seemed safe, but could use a good upgrade

Breakfast in the morning is great, especially for a family!
It wasn’t as high quality feeling as I would’ve expected for the price. We were in an accessible room, the shower water on the same level as ground so the whole bathroom would get wet when someone showered. Seems like a fall risk. Outlets and other things could use upgrading. The power went out for 2 hours, which wasn’t their fault but that meant the hot tub was out for the night:(

This place is a little spendy but the location is nice it you're going to be downtown walking. The rooms are huge and clean. The showers suck bad the door opens from the wrong side and there is no way to turn on the water without getting basted by the cold water first.

The room was on the ground floor, 3 rooms along from the main reception with car park bays up against the building wall of our room. Consequently our room had car park lights shining thru our windows. The drapes were minimal for block-out. Felt like we were sleeping in the car park! Did not expect this for the room rate we paid. Very disappointed!

Perfect location in the walkable Historic District. Ample restaurant options nearby. Hotel was very clean and comfortable as expected with Double Tree. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I loved their Crabtree & Evelyn products in the room. There were a couple of conferences being hosted at the time so parking was pretty tight. This hotel would be my first choice if staying in Olympia again.

The jacuzzi was broken so bummed about that bc we only stay for jacuzzi and pool but great customer service. Front desk made it up with excellent customer service

The hotel had great staff, bartender, and breakfast! Bathroom could use some updating and the sofa bed mattress was not clean. BUT compared to most hotels in that homeless downtown area it was nice! We’d stay there again. Super close to a fantastic farmers market!

The staff who helped me check in had great hospitality and I wanna give him five stars, however, the room… window was covered with bird poop, junk outside of window, shower door not working and automatically opens while taking shower and that caused the floor soak wet, shampoo bottle holder was not fixed, coffee maker wss not clean, bedside table was not cleaned amd glass mark on it.

Hotel itself was fine. Lowering the rating and leaving a review because we chose this property specifically to use a pool over Spring Break. Upon arrival we learned that the pool would be closed for the majority of our stay. The staff was unhelpful, and was unwilling to offer any sort of solution or compensation "because we booked through Expedia." What a waste of rare vacation days.
