Beautiful location within 5km of downtown Jasper.

We spent an incredible three days at the Pyramid Lake Lodge. From checkin to checkout our experience was fantastic. The staff were very helpful, 24/7 lobby with an espresso machine is really nice when you are still in east coast time waking up at 5 am. Access to boats and the dock was a great surprise. Many trails start from the lodge and wildlife are abundant. My family loved it and will come back. Praying the fires leave this gem alone.

We unfortunately were evacuated. Don't understand why you would want a review when Jasper was evacuated. We were there 3 hours then evacuated last minute 10:30 at night. After driving 12 hours and then driving all night and then all day. We managed to get a room for 2 nights. Expedia has dropped the ball on this one.

Walls are paper thin. People in room next door were loud entire night. Only had a couple hours of sleep. Worst place we stayed. A total waste of money. Do not stay here.

No halal food almost at all. If you are a Muslim you almost have to bring your own food as the options are very limited

Everything was fantastic except internet connection, wifi was very weak and slow but we took it as a plus - more time for the nature and ourselves.

Very nice cabin on a peaceful lake. I do wish they had more food options rather than the formal resteraunt, especially for breakfast but we managed.

Loved the hiking right out of your room. Your showers are terrible. Take out the water savers and make some happier customers. It aggravates me to take a shower with so little water pressure. If you think you are saving water you are not. It takes two or three times more time to shower. Where is the savings???

Wonderful stay overall. Wish the Office/Facilities were easier to get to. Staff was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Poor timing on our part due to construction in front of our cabin. TV quality is poor - not that you should be watching tv while in Jasper but it was the oilers in the playoff.
Restaurant was a disappointment for breakfast. Overpriced, more quality and service.
Overall, the place is overpriced compare to competitors especially when construction occurs in front of the cabin.

You can never go wrong staying at a resort in the mountains. Pyramid Lake Lodge is in great location, off the beaten path and away from the hustle and bustle of the Jasper townsite. Room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. What’s not to like !

The stay was fantastic—/ room was clean had everything we needed even a kettle and a Keurig with excellent coffee — the fireplace added to the ambiance and the view made the whole experience magical

We loved the room but exceedingly disappointed to have to bright lights on the deck that could not be turned off - this completely compromised the reason we spent extra to have a view, enjoy the stars/mtns and hopefully see the northern lights. Fix the lights so the guests can turn them off!

The location is excellent and we really enjoyed the view of the lake. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. They charge an amenity fee which was a nuisance and an insult. There were no special amenities and we were disappointed in an otherwise great experience.
