Breakfast was terrible

Nice outside sitting area, close parking. Lobby was a bit on the cold side with the AC. We are not big cold AC fans.

two small soft pillows per person. the room especially the bath room has odor and whole room air is not fresh

Les, the gentleman that checked me in was very pleasant and gave me a fantastic room.

I came down for breakfast at 8:30 AM, and they had run out of food. I mentioned this to the front desk twice.. they were slow and restocking, and I had to go to a restaurant for breakfast

We came for a family wedding but were not able to check in because the computer was updating ( why not schedule it at night instead of the middle of the day). The computer was also not working when we tried to check out. The room was comfortable and clean but the elevator was dirty and not appealing.

I enjoyed several comfortable nights' rest at this property. Breakfast options were decent, and staff was very helpful. The property is beginning to show its age a little, but renovations are in progress, and in the meantime I still enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is in a nice area and well maintened. Sympatic employees.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The staff was phenomenal, extremely inviting and very friendly. Les checked us in initially, and was the most professional and kind front desk receptionist I've ever met. Also, Cin and the maintenance man, Charles, along with Brionna (manager), became our dogs new best friends. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly and professional. We will never forget our stay here and will HIGHLY recommend this establishment to anyone/everyone we know that needs a room in the area. Thank you very much for everything.

We had to change rooms because the bed size was different from what was advertised. The bathroom was also not as advertised. Only handles in tub but no seat. We got a regular room with King bed and a shower chair. The room needs updating. Only one chair at the dining table. No table for the couch and living space. These small things made the stay less satisfying than expected. The pool area was nice, clean, and comfortable chairs. Breakfast was same standard fare, nothing special or different from any hotel’s breakfast.

Les as always when I stay here was a rockstar and took care of me professionally and with great respect. I truly appreciate his kindness and business mannerisms.

This place wasn't the worse but it certainly was not the best. -No one came to clean our room on Day 2 -there were a couple of small ants in the room, -the pull-out couch was incredibly uncomfortable and the mattress had several holes in it. The customer service upon arriving was also subpar. Les, the gentleman working at the front desk was nice, but we to remind him multiple times about our rewards points. I also wasn't automatically offered a rewards gift (refreshments/beverage) upon check in. I came back downstairs (a few horus after check in), and inquired. The elevator was not in good condition (there was a sign saying pardon the appearance), but the elevaor didn't feel stable and also had a foul smell...

Property was clean, check in went smoothly and staff was friendly and helpful. Would have liked the fitness center to be open a little earlier, but location had quiet streets and parking lots to run on in the early hours.

The rooms were very clean and the beds are very comfortable.

Stay at the hotel was nice but had a few issues. Namely the bathroom with the towel holder falling off the wall, the toilet seat being loose with no one fixing it over the weekend, and the toiler paper holder just completely not done and sitting there. Everything else though was very nice and a welcome part of my vacation.

I had a prepaid reservation. They did not keep our reservation. They said that there was an overflow of water from somewhere and three rooms were affected. Then they put us at a hotel, which was a Tru by Hilton. Basically, a children’s playground. The Hampton Inn personnel told me that we had no problem that there would be transfer of funds no issue. We arrived at the Alternate hotel and took another 30 minutes to be arranged. Furthermore, it was a hotel with young children so it was like a playground in the lobby. It’s not what we wanted. It was further away from the hotel initially booked. I was very disappointed. It may travel to the event we were attending much more cumbersome. It was really more like A motel. There was no closet just hooks. It was below the standard of hotel that I wanted from my family.

Quiet, check-in easy.

Room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was decent. Staff were very friendly and professional. Wish I had known that the pool was out of service before i booked, as that was a big reason we picked this hotel over others in the area. Also received a notification that I had to download the Hilton app in order to pick a room and get a digital key, which didn't work-I checked in at the front desk in order to get card keys to a different room

Easy to find off the main toad. Lots of stores close by.

At beginning wasn't so good. We came across alot of challenges upon entering the room that never gotten resolved until the following day. But we did enjoy our stay in spite of conditions we face in beginning and alot of ants

Nice surroundings with some shopping and restaurants. Great hospitable staff at nicely renovated hotel with decent breakfast provided. Easy parking as well and near major highways for convenience
