So appreciated the attention to gluten-free options for breakfast -- one of the best I've experienced in the Nordic countries!

Mini rooms are fine for a very short stay. Anything longer than two nights, you'll want to upgrade to a comfort room or larger. The three tram lines opposite the front door make this an easy choice for enjoying Helsinki.

We loved the Klaus K hotel. The only surprise and missing item was that there was no bidet in our bathroom.

Room was nice, it just felt like it hadn't been stayed in for a while. The front desk warned me that the refrigerator didn't work, which was fine with me. The tv remote also didn't work which was more of a problem because that meant I couldn't watch tv at all when I was looking forward to that. Additionally the wifi signal was pretty weak. Lastly, it was hard to find a way to plug my phone in and still keep it close to the bed at night.

Location is perfect. 5 minutes to the central station and the market Square. Nice bar and restaurant are in house. The price is very reasonable

Location, cleanliness

Amazing location, lovely staff but I can’t help but decrease my rating due to the fact my room wasn’t cleaned for my entire stay (3 nights). On the first day they were there and replaced a rug in the toilet but didn’t make the bed or anything else and on the next day they weren’t there at all. And I always left my room in the morning. Breakfast was great, with plenty of choices and all in all I’d still stay there. Also, amazing rooftop bar

Super friendly staff; nice wall in the lobby of complementary little travel necessities. Our room was generous in size (for EU standards). We enjoyed the sky bar and being able to walk to the harbor via the park!

Hotel was excellent, great facilities, the gym is really good. Good choice of food for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again

The room was spacious, peaceful, and clean. Staff are very polite, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommended.

The room size was excellent and set up very well, my room had plenty of space. The location was close to shopping, groceries and ten minutes to the train station. The bathroom needed a heated floor because of the shower setup, a lot of the bathroom floor got wet and took time to dry, or the shower needed to be in closed better.

Fantastique location, brilliant staff, very clean! There was a small issue with my room but the staff were so good and quick to sort it. The bar and breakfast are good. It was a shame the rooftop balcony was shut.

Great hotel, with great breakfast, close to everything in the city. Staff is friendly, trying to help with everything. Had some challenges with TV, which were not fixed, since we stayed there over the weekend.

Excellent breakfest !

The room was clean and has enough space for a family. The location was central but it was such a quite place. The staff was friendly. We like the breakfast buffet especially the oat porridge.The buffet has various options. The que was hectic but considering it was new years day it's understandable.

Staying night in Klaus K was positive experience (as always). Having a good night sleep is the most important and in Klaus K I had a good night sleep. Bed is hard enough and pillow was good. Breakfast was good, but not special. Bread selection is not according my taste. Tasteless white breads. I wonder why in Finnish hotels having good rye bred is so difficult - I would say impossible. Rye bred in Finnish hotels are like "yesterdays bread". Rye bread is bit more challenging to be served fresh as white bread, but good cooks/bakers should have competence to make it possible. Croissants were really poor this time. This kind of mini-croissant were over-baked dry andf hard. Over-all experience was positive.

Excellent location and very helpful staff. The only downside is the shower drain design. which causes shower water to spill over to the rest of the bathroom
