Conveniently located (walking distance) from Atomium.

Great and conformable hotel! We were there to watch a concert in the Palais 12 and the hotel was pretty close which was ideal for us. They also had a mini snack bar in the lobby area that helped us get some food and drinks after the event. Overall Awesome experience in this hotel!

The staff was super nice and super helpful. But the hotel was dirty. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, their were cigarette burns in the furniture. It just felt old and dated.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and the quality of the breakfast, although ready prepared due to the buffet being closed for COVID safety, was good. Bed was comfortable and got a good night's rest, followed by a good shower in the morning. Heysel / Heizel Metro station to get to/from the centre of the city is about a 15 minute walk. Simply tap on the barrier with a contactless card to enter the platforms, the ticket machine is only for charging prepaid travel cards and displays conflicting information (there is a sticker on the floor by the entrance detailing the correct procedure without a pre-paid card but it's easy to miss and walk over as you head straight to the ticket machine)

The bedroom was very cold as the heating wasn't working. A small portable heater was included in the room but it was too noisy to keep on. The towels also hadn't been cleaned probably and were still dirty.

It is OK. The proximity to Brussels Expo is great but the hotel needs to train its new hired people better. I had to ask three times for the in-room coffee station to be cleaned - which was merely replacing the one used cup and replenishing the tea bags etc which is regularly done as part of room cleaning.

It was good staying, stuff was pleasant, breakfast was a bit poor, I missed omlettes, scrumbeled eggs. Maybe some sausages for breakfast. Room was overall clean, but curtains I did not like.

Ideal location for a business trip at the nearby University or Expo. Comfortable bed and good breakfast but general area around the hotel is very basic and lacking many amenities. Couple of reasonable restaurants within short walking distance and the hotel has a decent bar.

A good option for a short stay, especially travelling on business. Closeby the airport and the Atomium. Ibis standards apply.

Good breakfast, good for overnight stay. Rooms adequate and clean and wifi goog. Airconditioning noisy.

Everything is old in this hotel and very noisy. Staff makes up a lot but I will never stay here again.

Hotel price expensive due the facilits small room e g one towel for 2 persons 2 small sapun noisy all night and morning this hotel should be no star i pay 375 USD FOR 3 NIGHT no breakfast only wifi in the future i will not stay im this hotel Now iam in budabest in mercure hotel is 4 stars is cheaper than brussels and with breakfast no noisy all are good

Perfect for an overnight stay if attending any event at Palais 12. No worries about where to park at the venue or how long it would take to get out afterwards. Hotel a 5 minute walk away.
