Cabins are cute. Could use some updates- more comfortable furniture - both dining and living room. More comfortable pull out sofa bed. More silverware (and better quality), playing cards / games in cabin. The outdoor space is nice. Views of RMNP remarkable. Walkable to “Cinnamons” for yummy rolls in the morning. Kitchen and bathroom nicely updated. Love the 2 sided fireplace. Staff so friendly and accommodating.

Not sure our toilet worked properly. Probably should be checked. Otherwise the room was beautiful and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We loved the location! It’s right on the Fall River. It was so relaxing sitting outside listening to the water. One morning, we had several elk come visit right outside our cabin! The property is very close to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park! We will definitely stay there again!

Our cabin was immaculate, updated (actually seemed freshly renovated), charming, larger than we expected and the grounds were beautiful. The lay out was nice and not crowded. We were in a cabin that was attached to others but it felt very private. (We never heard any neighbors) The staff was friendly and helpful and we were 5 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park! Overall a very pleasant experience.

We stayed the 2-bedroom 1-bath cabin on the river. Absolutely beautiful, lots of elk roaming through, and a hot tub to enjoy on the back deck. The whole area was quiet and peaceful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Very modernized cabin. Would definitely stay there again!

Really disappointed in my stay here. We were put in a first floor unit that was had thin walls and we were woken in the morning by the upstairs people. Very overpriced property.

This was an incredible find , peaceful and great view of a little stream and waterfall , the deck and hot tub overlooked it ! What a peaceful place to stay !!!

This is our second day, we had a blast. The furniture is a little bit rundown. But the bed was comfy. One suggestion is please add some lights along the roadside because it’s very dark if you pull in after sunset. Quiet!!

Very quiet cabin was clean and cozy saw a lot of wildlife.

Unit was nicely renovated and spacious. Bed was very comfortable too. Upon entering and throughout the stay there was a very strong cleaner smell. It smelled like Pine Sol. Opening windows didn’t help. Located well for a short drive to a trailhead.

Great location, very private and secluded. It met all of our expectations. On our arrival we were greeted by an elk lounging in front of our cabin along with turkeys and other wildlife. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit

The property exceeded all of our expectations! From the wonderfully welcoming gentleman that checked us in to the convenience to town, the wildlife we saw and the peaceful serenity that led us to just hang by the river…it was amazing all around! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the hot tub, the location, the hospitality and the location. All around fantastic and will certainly be back!!

This is a very nice location, the properties are beautiful, and the room was great! We come every year!

Our cabin (#5) was a pseudo up-scale cabin with several nice things, but overall not that great. No A/C. Large TV. Badly worn dining chairs. A window that did not stay open (and fell on my finger). Visible dust on ceiling fan blades. Intermittent internet service (for my phone service). Gas fireplace with small full time flame - pilot light - that contributed unwanted warmth to the bedroom. Skylights, one of which reflected in the primary (larger of two) TV. Lots of room for empty luggage and various other items, except in the bathrooms. Weird electronic toilet.

Peaceful place to stay by the river

Staff was very friendly. Cabin was clean, bed was comfortable and great shower with plenty of hot water. It also included a Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods and tea bags. In addition, it had a full size refrigerator with freezer. There were also plenty of chairs outdoors to sit by the river. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was very peaceful and relaxing. The cabin and property was in good shape and was clean.

We frequent visitors to Estes but had never stayed here. Husband wanted to "sit by the river" this trip and I found this place last minute and it was PERFECT!! We had an upper unit and it fit our family of 4 and was clean and great river views! The river was right outside with plenty of seating and it couldn't have been more peaceful and we saw lots of wildlife like deer, elk, and turkey! Plus a little ways from busy downtown, so it was quiet but the drive was only a few minutes. We will definitely be back! Management was nice too!

We loved seeing the wildlife around the cabins. It was so peaceful we saw turkey, rabbits, deer, chipmunks and yellow bellied marmots. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony facing the mountains. The staff were all frieny and helpful. The accomdations were good for our fanily lf 4

The site Indicates there is Wi-Fi. But there is no wifi. The owner blames it on the city but he should perhaps change his listing.

Great place to stay when visiting the Rocky Mountain NP and Estes Park. A very short drive to town and the park. The studio we staying in was well appointed and very clean. We enjoyed sitting on the porch after a long hiking day and enjoying the outdoors and the running river.

Management was super helpful and welcoming! The room and whole property was clean and organized.

This property is a day dreamers paradise. The sound of the river, the birds, the wind is a symphony of nature. Streamside is my favorite place to stay in Estes. I'll stay there again and again. From the patios, to the boulders on the near by hikes, I lose my stress and found my spirit here.

Check in and check out were a breeze. The property has a wonderful location. The staff was great. The property is dated but adequate.
