It had a lil smell in the elevator when i first got there but my room was amazing and the staff were very helpful if i had to stay in buckhead again i’ll definitely book !

A homeless person entered with us. Wouldn’t have felt safe if alone. The whole property smelled of cigarettes even though it’s listed as a no smoking hotel. Area is sketchy after dark. At checkin, wasn’t told to put parking pass in car and didn’t even see it until the next morning. Thankfully, the car wasn’t towed. Parking too narrow for SUV. Other trucks park through spots leaving inadequate parking availability. Pillows were old and worn out.

Found a Roach in our room.

We were woken up at 8am because the maids were talking loud in the break room by our room. It sounded like they were screaming at each other. We were locked out our room at 740pm and waited for 15min for the man at the front desk to come back. We told him how long we had been waiting and he said I had to do something, and never apologized. He was in the meeting room, which was one of the doors I knocked on. When we left our room at 810pm. He was sitting down on his phone never acknowledging the person standing there.The breakfast was horrible, they only had 2 small carts which it was inconvenient because it poured down raining and it was a far walk from the curb. This was the worst stay ever. We will not be returning.

Unsafe environment, nightclubs nearby, suspicious people at the lobby, outside lobby at 1am, parking was always full, power outage during business hours, toilet broke down. Too many issues.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very friendly and even though I had a small issue with my lock on my door, the urgency, efficiency and helpfulness of the staff, especially Mr. Victor made my stay even better. I would recommend anyone in the area or visiting to stay here and I will be back soon.

Pros- Very affordable, nice staff, mostly clean, area appeared safe, there’s also a strip club across the street if you’re into that kind of thing. Breakfast bar was also great Cons- The tub was stained a slight tint of brown so it probably wasn’t AS clean as it could’ve been, and you can hear your neighbors doors close as if it were your own (it’s loud) Overall, 7/10, great, affordable place to stay in Atlanta.

The space was ok for an inn - although the front desk staff were friendly they were not hospitable with things like helping me with my luggage despite seeing I was struggling. Someone came to help and that was to give a trolley and hold it still. I saw a cockroach in my room, the offered to change my room - but I settled with them spraying. Cleaning team are poor - I was there to see them clean my room and it was terrible what they done so I had to instruct them - I can’t imagine certain areas ever being cleaned in the room. TV was ok Water pressure was ok - just ok Had hot water Ice machine didn’t work on my floor so I always had to go to the reception area It was ok for what you pay for

Clean and practical room, smelt of humidity at times. Friendly staff and good amenities.

Door at the end of the hall where handicap parking is ok to go out but does not allow entry so physically challenged persons have to walk all the way to the front door and back down to near the end of the hall. No counter in the bathroom to place toiletry bag; sink falling off the wall; bugs in the room.

General Managers were very thoughtful and released my security deposit of 75.00. Thank you

Absolutely fine, clean and comfy. As other reviews mentioned, there are nightclubs on both sides, but our room faced the Pink Pony and I couldn't hear anything. Bright lights in the parking lot made me worry less about leaving all our bags in the car. Thumbs up.

What I did not like were the pillows, hard as a rock. Other than that everything was good!

Very nice stay, hotel is clean, bed was very comfortable!

The room and common areas were clean but the common areas often smelled like marijuana. There is a strip club across from the hotel so if you stay on that side of the hotel you will be greeted with bright lights and noise late at night. The wheelchair ramp is located far from the handicap parking as well as the front door and the automatic door openers do not work. It was a smoke free hotel but that was false. Many guest were smoking close to the property and in the room as we saw guest using vapes and we were even greeted with one guest rolling up a joint in the side of the building the day we checked in. No ironing board or iron in the room so I had to go to the lobby to ask for it. The housekeeping staff would not replenish the two little toiletries the hotel gave and the little bar of soap barely survived my family of 3. There was also a large group of teens staying at the property. As a courtesy to other guest, the hotel should really condense these groups to one area of the facility to avoid noise complaints from other guest. Lastly, breakfast ends at 9:30 and I was still fixing a plate when the staff came in behind me and starting grabbing the food to take it away. It was incredibly rude. I had to ask the staff to stop so I could grab a few more items.

We have stayed here multiple times for last two years. This stay is for one month because our daughter gave birth to twins and we offered to stay a month. We chose to stay here. The room although nonsmoking reeks of an ashtray. I keep the windows open during the day to help. Management does not enforce the non smoking for its guests. The first week we were overcome with smoking. It was awful. However the housekeepers have been great respectful of our privacy. The front desk staff all professional. We stay here because it is minutes away from our daughter. I think short stays will be ok. But any other long term we will go elsewhere. Dont advertise nonsmoking when your rooms really are not and your management enforcement of people smoking marijuana in the room and you smell it in hallways. Elevator and god help you if they are next door to you

I came to Atlanta to Attend a conference at the State Farm Arena. The sales manager and front desk were so helpful when I asked about public transportation. I was able to save money by using the Marta bus and train. Yes, I would use them again, especially for the cost and location. The only downside was their coffee machine broke and as a coffee drinker, it came as a slight surprise. However, the sales manager went to purchase coffee for the hotel to provide a temporary solution. Thank you.

I was told to leave after renting a room for 2 weeks for my dog that had never been in the hotel the dog was never seen on camera inside the building I had another room where the dog was staying I was paying for a old man to be in the room and never once brought a dog there.
