Pool was great. Breakfast was good had enough for adults and kids. Staff was friendly. Their cleanliness awards seemed to be bogus awards. It was not clean and really banged up and dated rooms.

Great place but inconvenient to get to! There is only the one entrance and most times you have to go around and come back to even turn in. A back entrance off of the side street would be great!

When we went to check in - something apparently didn't communicate through the app. My reservation showed for me that I had 2 rooms, their system only showed one. Thankfully they were able to accommodate and book a second room for us. The front desk was very polite and helpful during this issue. They also followed up to ensure everything was okay which is not common anymore. The pool didn't have any towels in it - which I found unusual. The front desk again came to the rescue and supplied them. The hotel was overall very clean. They are actively remodeling. This did not effect our stay but our carpet had not been updated and had various stains making it seem more dirty than it probably actually was. Our 2nd room had fresh carpet in it.

The staff was friendly, pool was awesome, food was decent - hotel breakfast - and the room was clean and comfortable. No complaints, would stay here again.

Check-in was nice. We arrived late but were greeted friendly. There was an issue with the POS machine but we still were able to check-in. Hotel is under construction but was still quiet. Room was nice with comfortable bed. Would stay here again.

We stayed for 2 nights. After our first night, we returned to the hotel around 5:00 pm. Our beds were not made and towels were still on the bathroom floor. On our way out for supper, we stopped at the front desk to ask when our room would be made up. We were told that if we hadn’t asked for housekeeping when we checked in, they we wouldn’t receive any. We told them that was ridiculous and to please change our towels and make up the beds. I’ve never stayed in a hotel where you had to request housekeeping when you check in. If that’s their policy, then ask that question at checkin.

Went for some deep rest without distractions. Even with construction, my end of hotel was quiet.
Beds and pillows were very comfortable.
Pool and hot tub were decent, but no towels.

This hotel is dirty! There were peanuts to paintbrushes on the floor in our room. Can hardly sit in the pool without dying and your eyes turning red. Initially I had to say hello to the reception as they were standing there and clearly heard me come in

The hotel was excellent. Hotels.com gave me a price but to put it in small print that it was in American dollars even though it's a Canadian destination and I was in Canada too. The app is misleading and untrustworthy

We booked a room with 2 queens but upon checkin, we were given a room with 1 queen and a sofa bed as that is what was assigned to us thru the system. Thankfully they were able to accommodate us and put us in a room with 2 queen beds. Unfortunately though, after 2 hrs of being in the room, we discovered we all were having a significant reaction to the laundry soap from the bed linens. We all broke out in a stinging red and itchy rash to the point where we had to check out and find alternate accommodations for the night

This is the best hotel in the area. It has clean rooms and a nice pool. They are in the process of renovating the rooms and big improvement from when we stayed here last year.
