Staff member was very helpful arranging our trip to Burg Eltz. The hotel is conveniently located by the Koblenz Train Station and there are several nice restaurants in the area. It was a great experience.

One of my favorite hotels ever! The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, including the beds - I sleep badly at most hotels but slept peacefully here. Bathrooms also five star. The staff was very helpful and sorted out a reservation issue (my fault) with no hassles. Nice location, walkable to many restaurants and shops.
Plus there is a bus station right outside and the hpf (trains) are a block away. Amazing value for the price.

The room was very nice especially it was very convenient as it was about 5 mins walk to station and 10 mins walk to city center. There was a lot of halal options of restaurants which was great! Would definitely recommend others to come to this hotel.

The staff were friendly and kind. The hotel is within walking distance to the train station, a laundromat, a few supermarkets, and the city center. Nice breakfast for a great price. I would stay there again.

Very friendly and pleasant family run hotel, close to station. Breakfast was traditional and delicious. Location slightly industrial but what do you expect next to the station! Thoroughly recommend.

This is a delightful hotel. The staff and service were quite wonderful and the room was large, very clean and very comfortable.
Not a lot could be done about the small bathroom but having a seperate toilet was a bonus!
If there was one thing missing it was a bar fridge to hold a few things we had with us but I’m quite sure, that had we asked, this lovely 1930’s hotel would have accommodated.
A good breakfast, again, nothing was too much trouble.
Easy walking distance from the local attractions but blessedly quiet at night and I would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel punches above it's 3 star rating. Clean, no scent on the linens or towels(MCS). We had a nice room with a great looking, accessible bathroom. The restaurant they recommended was nothing short of excellent. You can walk there from the Bahnhoff, it'll take about 15 minutes.

Our room was nicely decorated and the shower was really good. Not keen on the shower gel attached to the wall as I found it difficult to squeeze out but I currently have an injured wrist so that didn’t help matters. Parking in public parking over the road convenient although 14.80 euros fo 24 hours. A manageable walk from the centre as long as weather is not too bad. Room was serviced daily despite Covid - our other 2 hotels this trip either didn’t service rooms at all or you had to request what you needed at the front desk. Overall well satisfied.

Well maintained grounds located conveniently near the central downtown area for shops, restaurants, etc. The staff was very helpful, rooms well appointed, & clean. Our only minor nitpick was with our GPS that took us to the middle of some nearby apartments. The friendly welcome we received on arrival repaired our mood.
Breakfast was also very nice with excellent service, and the staff were very good about COVID precautions. Overall a nice relaxing stay.

The hotel is decent but not particularly awesome. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My main criticism is to the breakfast, it could have been richer. My expectations for a breakfast is really high when it comes to German hotels. And they better put a sign of what is what in the buffet. One doesn't necessarily understand what all those yoghurt/mayonnaise treats are.

Great hotel, Great Service. I forgot and left my gifts in the room, they help me to send the gifts to my customers, and I appreciated their service alots! Thanks to the team, and definitely will stay again in the future!

It had a leopard print couch and pillows. I was travelling with a friend so we got a laugh out of having a "sexy" couch. I woukd stay here again. Very close to everything and really was only a 5 minute walk to the central station.

Close to city centre with a spacious room.Only two English tv channels. Very friendly and helpful staff.No facilities apart from small bar but not expected .Excellent breakfast in nice setting.

It’s old but pretty well renovated. The staff were really nice and helpful. It is not too far out of the main city area. Overall good value for money

A great stay. The hotel is convenient to main station even walking with suitcases. Friendly staff, sparkling clean room, room safe, amenities, fantastic optional breakfast at extra cost but well worth it. The room was roomy for myself and daughter. Only good things to say about this hotel! We would definitely stay here again.

Bed and pillow were good. The location is extremely quiet. The coffee maker made great coffee from pods. The location, a 5 minute walk from the train station is about a 15 minute walk from the old town. Its ideally situated to be quite yet convenient.

It was just what we needed: a modern boutique hotel, friendly professional staff, excellent bed and air conditioned room during a heat wave!

I had s bad experience. The garage door was narrow. My husband scraped it and caused a slight damage to the side of the garage. The owner was very aggressive and demanded 300 euros on the spot. There was no estimate done.

We enjoyed an excellent two night stay at this hotel,17th and 18th July. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is located close to the main train station and the centre of Koblenz. Would recommend.

Rooms were superb and very comfortable. Beds were super king and like sleeping on clouds. The rooms were delightfully appointed including throw blankets and comfortable chairs. Only complaint was breakfast. Food had run out and staff was slow to refill or didn’t refill. Would absolutely return. Location was near rail tracks and on the opposite side from the commercial area.
