Last minute stay. So accommodating with the 2 adults coming at different times. They were accommodating in giving us a later checkout and were really easy to deal with.

Hotels.com and Trip Advisor both had very good reviews. Dont know who those people might be but this hotel is old/run down, dirty carpet, filthy laundry room and NOISY.

Had a lovely stay in 2 seperate rooms, but room 1 the fan in the bathroom didn’t work and room 2 the heater wasn’t working properly so we were cold

Perfect little room for a night as it was walking distance to the venue we were going to. Only down side the heating didn’t work very well and had to be on the max heat to even slightly warm the room

We have stayed at Rowville International two times now and have found the service to be exceptional. We arrived extremely early in the morning and the staff were very accomodating, leaving our key in a lockbox for us.

There was a lot of noise at all hours of the night generated by other guests or perhaps visitors to guests talking loudly outside of their rooms.
The room was what I would describe as clean, however the state of the walls was starting to look tired and could do well with a bit of attention. This detracted from the otherwise clean feel.

King size bed was not a king bed but two single beds put together, it came apart half way through the night and ruined my sleep

Just very unpleasant and out of the way too things plus owner wanted too charge more for the room so unhappy

Staff very friendly and helpful
Rooms very neat- each room with coffee station, microwave and basics needed. Awesome bathrooms. Not far from a great shopping center with a Woolies from fresh goodies and Restaurants. Bus stop is a minute walk

We have been going there for over 25 years ...some rooms are large and modern but most rooms are comfortable and spacious but we found moulds in shower room as there are no fans in the room ..
Window handle that fell off
And some one stole the Panasonic air con remote cover. So battery kept falling out
We like the fact that it is close to my parents home ....service is always friendly

Smelt very bad …possibly cigarette smoke. Was a bit dirty around it - noisy when other guests returned at 2 and 3.30 am. Breakfast unavailable - not in a great spot.

The motel was perfectly located for our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious and had everything we needed.
Appreciated the receptionist took the initiative to upgrade our room to be near other family members. Very thoughtful.

The room was a very good size, and the king size bed was very comfy. But the bathroom is a bit tired and you don't need the cold tap in the shower. And the aircon leaked....badly... onto the carpet and we had to turn it off.
But it was surprisingly quiet even tho on a very busy road, and quite comfortable.

Around the bottom of the shower was mouldy
The people 2 doors down were up all night talking then at approximately 7am they was outside my room talking very loud
