The stay was fine. We did have to pay $25 for parking which is not really the best for a hotel which should have free parking for its customers. Also first thing in the morning we came out to our car which had 2 smashed out windows. Nothing was stolen as we had nothing in the car. So there is no parking lot surveillance or monitoring. Not good. The hotel staff did help us by oroviding a vacuum to vacuum and clean up all the glass shattered inside the car. What a mess. Don't think I'll be staying there again.

Dont ever book on hotels.com.. they say that use the website instead of the mobile app because theres fees that doesnt include on the mobile app... horrible!!

Felt safe here. Staff were nothing to write home about - perfunctory greetings at best. "Store" in the lobby had limited options. I would plan on dining out.

My day was wonderful. The area has many amenities and the Fogo de Chão across the street is a highlight. Went over and above when it comes to customer service cleanliness as well as impeccable service time. When it came to checking in and out. The view from the rear of the building is of the San Francisco, skyline Bay Bridge

I liked the price and view. Before I arrived the hotel, I was a little worried about its safety issue, but I felt very safe in there. Other good things are many clothing stores, markets, cafes, restaurants and food court, etc. are nearby including Ikea. My family enjoyed ikea restaurant food.

Called for room service twice and it did it happen. They just sent new towels. It was the first service I’ve had.

I like this hotel. Location is good. Last time were here had to get out the shower in my towel and track down some conditioner.
This morning they had practice fire alarms and showed me a note they placed under the door and they forgot so we rushed to leave and when i went to the front they said oh well you can go back upstairs. We declined since we were a lil frazzled just kept going about our day

This hotel felt like a prison. Front desk service was extremely slow, and I had to chase down my receipt after checkout which was no easy feat.

Have stayed here 3 times now and every time has been very nice and comfortable. Great location with many options for fun, food, and entertainment. I will continue to stay here when I am in the area.

Staff members Brook and Gio were exceptionally courteous and helpful. They went out of their way to assist my sister and me to make our stay comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay. Room was a little dated. Iron wires was damaged, iron board cover was brittle and not secured to board. TV was extremely small. Limited complementary items in restroom. Can use a major upgrade throughout the rooms. But the floor was quiet.

Playing games with pricing!!! Started charging 50$ a day for parking, which is outrageous. It is in Emeryville not San Francisco. Ice makers were broken on the 8th and 9th floors. Completely out of ice on the 10th floor so I gave up.

While it is mentioned that parking is not free and that there is a fee to park at the hotel it is a major setback, and shouldn’t be a thing. Other than that, it’s quite nice, staff is nice and the rooms itself are clean. Located near a lot of shopping centers and food chains.

There is a huge disconnect between front desk and housekeeping. I gave front desk specific instructions, they understood everything regarding timing. Housekeeping completely disregarded all instructions and either came outside our generous window- disturbing us, or not at all.

Very quiet. Near the Amtrak train station and dining areas within walking distance. Later checkout than usual.

Very comfortable room with a great couch to relax on. Bed was one of the better I've found in a hotel. Building is older but seems be kept up great. Location is close to shopping and dining on Bay St, and easy access on and off the freeway. I was pleasantly surprised that even though we were on the 4th floor facing the freeway (and great bay view) the sounds from the freeway was very well suppressed and didnt keep us up.
