The staff was AMAZING! The facility inside great as well. However it was a bit shocking to drive up and see a lot of the tiles of the roof all over the parking lot. It would have been appreciated to have an email with a heads up of the roof renovations. I thought that the hotel that I had booked over a month ago was closed and after a long day of traveling I was a bit set off by this. I immediately called and was reassured by Annette that all was ok. She by the way is your BIGGEST ASSET!!! She makes everyone feel welcomed and cared for! She is HANDS DOWN the BEST Hotel Concierge I’ve ever encountered !! Thank you for a lovely stay overall. Joleen

Staff was lovely and accommodating. The facilities are in disrepair. I arrived late and my room lock needed its battery replaced, so I had to wait after midnight. The shower was clogged to the point I had to take an RV shower. Moved rooms and the second floor hallway smelled like active cigarette smoking. Signs were still posted from years old mask mandates, which communicates these areas are not regularly monitored and cleaned. General aging and disrepair in rooms and halls as well.

This is an older Courtyard that needs a re-fresh, an overall good experience for overnight travelers. Convenient location and easy on/off Hwy 14. Better options available for longer stays.

I recently stayed at the courtyard ] and had an excellent experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the amenities met all my needs. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this hotel.

It was a decent hotel, a little dated but comfortable. The staff was amazing and very friendly.

My husband and I found the staff to be very friendly. The room was super clean. The two room suite was convenient and practical. We were surprised it had a toaster oven in addition to a microwave and refrigerator on it's large counter. We highly recommend

The pool was shared with the Marriott property next door and the pool was enclosed in a tiny room with no ventilation. It was Subpar!

Overall guest services and desk staff were excellent and accommodating. Only downside there was no pool, other than that, everything else was excellent

Hotel was nice. Rooms are spacious. Close by freeway access and places to eat. I would stay again. Only thing not my favorite is the indoor pool. Small and humid. Thought there was an outside one but read wrong.

The staff and service exceptional service. Room is clean. However, I do think the elevator needs an upgrade. It looks outdated. But other than that, I would stay here again.
