Was a bed to lay my head for the night while traveling for work

I had a late arrival and the woman that checked me in was lovely. So that is really the only positive of my experience. I went into my room after a 12 hour day of driving and it was infested with flies. I killed at least 20. I felt like I was in a Third World country.The window blinds were not working, and the spotlights from the porch were blazing into my room. The pump on the toilet went off about every 20 minutes extremely loudly and there was a child next-door that screamed for literally hours. So, I got about three hours of sleep and unfortunately had another 12 hour day of driving today. Not what I needed.

Soon apon arriving the outside looked super clean and cute, unfortunately the inside of our room as very old, smelled like many years of cigarettes, no curtain on window for keeping the sun out, some light fixtures didn’t work, bathroom was super damp and moist. Bring your own pillow as they are pancakes. I read rooms were updated so I’m guessing we were the unlucky ones to get one that wasn’t. All in all it was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.

Amazing stay. Staff are next level friendly. The motel is a bit run down but it’s very clean and cozy. Would stay there again for sure!

Nice looking older hotel with great friendly service, clean room and good accommodations. I actually ended up in a suite with a newly remodeled bathroom that had a walk in shower, and had a refrigerator/freezer, extra sink and microwave. The bed was great. Coffee was available in the morning. While the furniture wasn't all new it worked great. I'll stay here again. Great price!

Just an overnite stay. If you want a place to sleep it is a good place. Nothing fancy by any means but the price is right.

Very nice old cozy place. Rustic feeling, nostalgic. It reminded me of somewhere i stayed when i was younger. Very clean. Little musty. Quiet, simple!

This is an older 1950s style motor hotel. Although the building is older, the beds were new (and nicely soft), there was a nice flat screen TV, and although our room was not listed as handicapped accessible there was plenty of room for our daughter's wheelchair.

Overnight stay on my way out west. Kelly was very friendly and helpful. A great place to stay. Wonderful location, quiet, rooms were clean and nice amenities nearby.

Made reservation the day before. Got there and nobody answered the phone or the door. After 20 phone calls they pickup to tell me they have no rooms….

the bed was comfy, warm and the room was dark which made for a great sleep , the best one I had since I left home on June 2nd. Would stay there again the only other hotel I can say that about is Hotel Pigeon Forge Tennessee, both these places were great all the rest were terrible the worst being Budget Inn & Suites in Des Moines Iowa that place was a disgrace

Old remodeled rooms, comfortable bed, clean. Price is right just for a place to sleep. Coffee pot didn't work. Staff was friendly.

Room 14 had issues with the boiler and was 80 degrees. Should not be renting out room until get it fixed. Needs an all around update. Carpet is easily 30 years old, looks dirty, etc.

When I rent a $70 room with two queen beds, noting 4 adults in the room, I am pissed that I was charged $110 due them charging me for an 'extra' person. That's over a 50% non-refundable increase.
My confirmation email from the motel didn't include the total price. If that had come up on the Hotels.com reservation screen I would not have rented the room. The room was short on soap, shampoo and towels and washcloths. If we hadn't inquired we wouldn't have known.
There was a breakfast noted, however, coffee was the only thing available.
