No room service, had to get towels from

At 8:58 I had room service walk in while I was asleep when I pay to stay until 11 so that bothered me and my girlfriend that they would walk in before time I come here often so it’s the first time this happens it was an invasion of our privacy

The majority of our stay was well, besides one instance when coming back on the second to last day with our door still propped open from housekeeping that morning. Thankfully all our belongings were still in place.
Also, room service was a bit tricky, we checked in and were told service will be provided on day three but we had to ask to for service on the fourth day, which wasn’t provided until the 5th when complained.
First time being on the east coast and happy to say the front desk hospitality was great and stay was comfortable. Will definitely consider staying again when we come back!

Our room was not ready until after 5pm, and we had to wait in our car in the parking lot for them to clean the room. It smelled terribly, especially in the closet inside the room. It was a very active party hotel, with loud noise at 5am and beyond.

This felt more like a pet hotel than anything. We have no issues with hotels that allow pets as we’ve stayed at many. However, the amount of dog food we found in the hallways and in both of our rooms were a bit much. The first room we checked into had dog hair in the bathtub and the toilet did not work. We were easily moved into the next room where there was dog food all over the floor. The front desk was nice and have no complaints. They charged me $100 for incidentals which i never received back. I don’t think we would stay here again.

Stay was hood but only one issue. Pull out couch had stains and crumbs under the cushions. We planned on using the sleeper sofa for sleep but were grossed out when seeing the stains and crumbs. Also, this is our third time staying here. The room does not have sheets and pillow for use with the sleeper sofa bed. We has to go to the front desk to ask for these items. Also, ice maker in freezer did not work.

Stayed here for 2 nights with our granddaughters, they enjoyed the pool very much and the continental breakfast had a very good variety to choose from.

The studio was great. It was cleaned, it wa cozy and, everything worked and it was quiet. The hallways were hot. The air conditioner wasn't working on them. The pool area has a sign that it opens at 9:00am, but were told by the front desk clerk that it actually opens at 10am.

The woman checking us in was friendly, polite, knowlegable, and fun. What wasn't great was that the toaster was not toasting the bread on both sides, needs ro ne replaced!

Very clean property. Room was real nice with a very well distributed space that included
a kitchenette, bathroom, sofa, desk. And extras like a cell phone charget on each noght stand next to the bed. I'll search for the Soneta's brand in my next trip.

The hotel itself is great, and has amazing potential. The room that we had was a large suite and we stayed for 6 nights. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was better than normal, with hot options, but unfortunately the service was not good. The front desk staff were not really hospitable nor helpful, and the laundry facilities were not maintained nor serviced at all. Really sad because it could have easily been an excellent stay.
