Close to Hersheypark. Comfortable room and a wonderful, full breakfast.

Great place for families

The staff was very friendly and it was clean!

Hotel is in a perfect location to go to Hershey park. Overall the hotel was nice but the first night we came back from dinner to our AC leaking & our rooms floors SOAKED. They did give us a different room but it was right beside the elevator so it was very noisy. In the second room we couldn’t get the tv to work so someone had to come up and “reset” it, which meant unplug it and plug it back in, they said it was an issue they’ve been having. We had 3 people so one person had to sleep on the couch/bed & it was VERY hard. The trundle bed under the couch was a little better, but still hard.

It was quiet and clean

Breakfast was okay. There was a smell on the 3rd floor like sewage early morning. Rooms were nice. I wish there was a bench outside or at least I didn't see one. Property was clean. Parking was limited with a couple of trailers taking up space. Only minutes from Hershey Park

The area was quiet and safe . The hotel was clean, and breakfast was good. It was right next to a car museum.

Glad we stayed at this hotel, it was clean and safe. We stayed as a family, it was convenient having a kitchen in our room. Breakfast was decent as well.

Simple check in, comfortable beds, coffee

It was great and we loved the location and staff. The only thing that was lacking was the shower had no pressure and water wasn’t hot.

Great rooms for families. No shuttle to Hershey—but $6 Uber ride if you don’t want to pay to park. Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly

The room was nice, but the door going into the room was very loud. Also, the door to the bathroom would not close all the way and it would get stuck trying to get out of the bathroom. The breakfast had a good selection.

Everything was just right

Breakfast could include fruit. I like the hot Breakfast options and they toppi g bar. Juice ran out each day of my stay. Friendly staff. Noisy since my room had enjoining door.

This Hotel is conveniently located to all of us going to Hersheypark, chocolate world or the The Giant Arena. However, breakfast is a first comes first serve and by nine 9:30 AM most of it is gone. juice machine was broken while we were there so couldn’t get any juice for breakfast. Not much of a selection for breakfast items either. Though the bed was very comfortable it was hard to sleep with the noise from the people upstairs just walking. You can also hear people talking in the hallways. So definitely not a soundproof room. if you are a light sleeper, Do yourself a favor and do not stay at this hotel for you will not get much sleep like we did not get much sleep. The front desk staff was in The back room, laughing and caring about while guest we’re standing in line trying to get their attention. I believe they should invest in a little Bell guest can ring so that we can get their attention. we did enjoy the hot tub and the pool, however, we had to go to the front desk, which took a while for them to notice that we needed something, to get towels to go to the pool. Also, when we were going to leave the pool area the plastic laundry container that they use was missing so we had to leave the towels on the floor in a pile.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed having a desk space and a mini fridge. Parking was easy and convenient. I was able to charge my hybrid. My kids enjoyed the pool and the workout room. Overall great stay and very close to Hersheypark. We also enjoyed seeing some of the older vehicles from the adjacent auto museum.

Near a good, inexpensive golf course. Breakfast was weak Back door entrance lock was broken.
