The check in was easy and the staff were friendly. The room was clean, only complaint was poor water pressure at the sink. The outside grounds were overall clean, however when we left on a Sunday morning there was considerable trash on the ground by a wooded area by the parking lot.

Everything was fine except carpet needed cleaning and bathroom sink was clogged.

The elevator and common areas were really dirty. The room was clean enough but there was only one towel, one washcloth, etc. and the surfaces in the room really needed to be wiped down. No hair dryer.

Oh, where to start? Maybe with the railroad that is practically in the parking lot and shakes the whole building every other hour when a train goes by. Or with the bar right against the backside of the building with live music till midnight. Or maybe the hookers in the back parking lot As well as druggies and homeless wandering around and even some sleeping on The chairs in the lobby. Besides all of that, They also won’t do housekeeping unless you request it. The AC in the rooms Barely work as well And not to mention the water in the showers doesn’t cool down and is burning hot to the touch when it is turned all the way down. All they did was a cheap remodel, trying to make it look modern and give it a facelift when in reality it’s outdated and old. The remodel work is horribly done. So yes, needless to say we’ll never be staying here again. The only positive note was the front desk, lady that was there in the mornings till afternoon she was very sweet and tried to be helpful.

I specifically chose this property because it had a pool. There was a premium because there was an IHSA sporting event that weekend, so prices were even higher. When I arrived, the pool was not open. This was WAY overpriced for what I got, particularly because the reason I chose it-- the pool- was not what I got and was charged for. NOT SATISIFIED.

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. The condition of the room was dirty the tub had hair in it and the comforter had yellow stains all over it. The gentleman at the front desk brung us a new comforter but it just didn't seem like housekeeping changed the bedding at all it was disgusting. The last night we were there it was a party on our floor and many people hanging out in the hallway screaming and making noise. The smell of alcohol and weed was horrible.

The TV had NO signal. They came up to check it out but couldn't fix it. So, no TV. Tried to shower and there wasn't any hot water. We were advised to let the shower run for a long time. We did and eventually we got lukewarm water at best. The pool said it was closed for maintenance but never opened. Overall, lacking in the basics one would expect.

Last minute reservation no one at the front desk when I arrived I had to call someone while being harassed by homeless man asking for help and walk in and out to drink water. Very dirty mop by the elevator The door to the room was open, trash in the bathroom, hair in the shower and sink.

Overall nice stay. Little mix up at check in. The hotel did not receive the email for my reservation but with help from the front desk person we were able to get it all handled in 15 min or so .. location was ideal.

The property did not look like the pictures online. Updated, pool was filthy, cloudy, and had mold around all the edges. Rooms were small with a terrible layout. No phone on the room to even call down. Extremely disappointed for the $270 amount paid for 1 Saturday night.

The room had a strange odor and the tub was very old.

Both comforters on the beds were stained. The front desk replaced when I asked for freshly laundered. In hindsight I should've requested a new room

I will never stay there again

First room smoke alarm was beeping. Moved to another room that smelled like smoke. Bathroom door in BOTH rooms was only half painted. Looked like somebody just gave up on the job. Restroom near pool smelled awful and somebody left a mess in the toilet and didn't flush. It was obvious that it had been in this condition for a few days.

We rented four rooms for an extended family reunion. Between the four rooms, there were four different things wrong - AC not working, TV not working, missing door look hardware, broken chair. I was functional, but certainly not worth the price. Funny smells in different parts of the hotel too - especially the elevator.

Television did not work. Floors were exceptionally dirty. No shower curtain

Waited at counter several minutes before anyone heard us or even came to the counter to help us. The pool looked dirty, once we got to the 3rd floor...right off the elevator ...carpet was not only stained...just dirty...like not vacuumed. Our room was hot and found broken cookies on the floor. Breakfast was very very limited...I even heard the gentleman taking care of breakfast ask one individual if he wanted sausage. Only maybe 6 pcs of bacon put out at a time a very few eggs. The same gentleman was more worried playing his word search then keeping food items up no black coffee for a bit, i watch several other come look, complain and just leave.

The front desk staff were not very personable and the breakfast was dry, stale, and old. Other than that, the stay was nice.

Our first room had a clogged toilet. Our second was one king bed - said out of double/doubles since busy weekend and no housekeeping today.

No one was available, rooms where dirty, over charged at desk, no working TV or phone had to switch rooms and no working ice machine. 1 star hotel at best.

The motel I general was clean and comfortable but the breakfast was not good. Probably the worst I have experienced.

Great staff. It is clean and they are accommodating.
