Wonderful breakfast

Always stay here when in Louisville and it’s a great place for an overnight or a week stay!

The room was huge, clean, and comfortable. Pool and hottub was adequate. The food was average for other motels but less than we have had at other Drury locations.

After returning from dinner and getting ready for bed, we found a bed bug crawling on our pillow! Upon pulling covers off we discovered an infestation. Staff was accommodating with refunding our money and offering another room. We chose to find another place to stay. We have been rewards members for years. Very disappointing.

We love staying here because it's convenient and access to everything is right outside the door. The staff is exceptional and the food is excellent and this hotel is always clean. Beds are super comfortable and we enjoy the pool and hot tub. This hotel is our number one pick every year.

Stayed here for a music festival and have nothing but positive things to say. I generally don't stay in the same hotel multiple years but might start staying here if the availability is there

Great staff, good smack options clean rooms and very quiet

Phone did not work in our room and they were replacing tvs early in the morning and just came in, but overall, it is a nice hotel and convenient to many restaurants and stores in the area.

I am so disgusted. My stay would have been fine except for one major issue!!! My friend and I were planning to check out at 11:00 the check out time that was posted so I went to breakfast and for a swim and she slept in. I hung the “Do not disturb “ sign on the door. When I came back, I stepped in the shower and a couple minutes later I heard a man banging on the door and yelling something I couldn’t understand. I quickly got out of the shower and got dressed so I could find out what was going on. It turns out that they were installing new tv’s that morning and had been told by management that it was fine to disturb the guests. I’m sorry but that is not fine. There were plenty of other rooms that could have been serviced before our room and the workman was very rude. The girl at the desk offered no apology and said that their do not disturb sign says they can come in your room at any time to do maintenance. Here we have just another example of Hotels cutting costs at the expense of the guests and employees.I won’t be staying at this hotel again

The room was very clean; the bed was very comfortable; dinners were very good; room rate excellent for what you get.

Clean property and very friendly staff

Staff were excellent and facility was clean. Nice pool and hot tub as well.

The staff was very friendly and wanted to make sure we had what we needed, from towels in our room to us knowing the times for breakfast and kickbacks to offering places to visit(restaurants and sight seeing). I recommend this place and will be staying when visiting the city again.

Property was good. The only thing was that somebody had a dog barking all night on Saturday and there were people in the middle of the night making noise in the hall and we couldn't sleep. Not sure what their policy about pets is.

Rooms and hotel was clean and staff were seen regularly checking on areas. The continental breakfast and Tuesday night complimentary meal were fantastic. Marie was wonderful and was so kind. She made my kids enjoyed their meal and was patient with my ‘wilder’ kids.

Good location near the freeway

The property was great plus the breakfast and evening dinner was a nice touch

Not great, not terrible. Air conditioner isn’t anywhere near powerful enough for the room and bathroom. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body wash, the pumps on theirs did not work at all.

I was disappointed there were no cookies in the lobby at check in. But otherwise, an excellent stay

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay. Very clean and comfortable. Tends to cater to kids with unique pool which can be a bummer if you don’t have kids. The breakfast was well laid out. Would likely stay again

It was a one night stay during the week. The area is nice and quiet. Beds were comfortable and the shower was decent. Would stay again.

Loved everything. Really nice room great location

It is a very nice hotel with very polite, helpful people. It's very clean.They're very patient with kids since we were there for a basketball tournament.

Quick one day trip. Easy to find, clean room, was able to easily do late check out and the continental breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in a long time.

Cleanliness was great. Staff was very friendly. Distance was great for what we needed to attend in Jeffersontown. Would definitely stay there again.
