The hotel is good location, room is clean and quiet, the free breakfast is good. The only problem is limited parking. When we checked in late at night, the hotels parking is full. We were told to parking at nearby parking lot. We double checked with the front desk staff with parking spots picture. And confirmed that were correct. But 2nd morning, we got parking ticket! Very unpleasant experience!

Easy transfer from Evenes airport to hotel via Flybussen as there is a stop right in front of the Hotel.
Unfortunately the staff at the dinner restaurant was totally overworked by the amount of guests. Even with an only half full restaurant they sent people away or asked them to wait for up to 2 hours. They should be able to accomodate as many as guest as they have seats otherwise they should overthink the business plan.
Overall hotel was great and a really good breakfast. Walking distance to ferry depature point.

The breakfast was outstanding! The room was physically comfortable with a nice view. But what made the stay unpleasant was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom.

I only stayed one night but my room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was really good. You had to park off grounds but it wasn't too far away. The staff was courteous and helpful. I had a very pleasant stay.

The door lock is not safe. If you don’t remove the keycard inside, the door don’t lock itself.
When you are in the door, you have to press the button to lock the door from inside, otherwise the door won’t lock itself when it closes.

Receptionist April was very helpful with the restaurant recommendations. The other guy gave ice cubes for me to take in the room when I asked for it. I was hoping for a pair of slippers in the room, but found nothing. But I didn't ask. I guess it varies from branch to branch (Thon chain of hotels). Anyway, it was compensated with a pleasant surprise for the unexpected balcony in our room! :)

The hotel is located in the city center . There’a parking area nearby the hotel but you have to pay for it. ( its about 24 Nok kr per time. ) after 3pm its free parking until 8:00 am. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good . We enjoyed our stay .

The stay was great, you’ll get some good choises for breakfast, and you get the food at the table. Nice staff, very nice hotel, and convenient in the center of Harstad. One of the best hotels in Harstad acctually, I loved it.

Hotel is undergoing a renovation, almost complete, and the rooms have been already been updated beautifully. They are spacious and offer many amenities. The hotel breakfast was abundant and delicious and had excellent service staff.

I found the renovated room to be clean and bed was quite comfortable. They were renovating the lobby and 2nd floor but I never heard construction noise. Breakfast buffet is excellent with a lot of food choices and a lovely view of the harbor and mountains. If I am ever back in Harstad, I will stay at the Thon again.

Our room was nicely refurbished, but we had issue with a vent falling out of the ceiling in the middle of the night and waking us up with a loud noise. The staff was awesome and very helpful. Told us where to go to see the Northern Lights.
