We had a family of 4 adults in our suite. No pillows or blanket were provided for the pullout bed..only 3 bath towels ..requests made to front desk ..we were told if they had someone to deliver them.. never got pillows, blanket or towels ..
Will never stay there again !

Overall stay was good. Staff was great. Room was very nice. However, the light was out over the tub, and the toilet was stopped up and there was a damp towel under the bathroom sink. We gave the towel to room staff, plunged the toilet myself, and someone put in a new bulb.

It was great, the gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and professional. The room was great, we loved the full kitchen, and that the sink and mirror were outside the toilet and shower which was convenient. Nice size clean room.

We stayed at this Residence Inn while visiting friends, NYC, and attending a college graduation. The property is generally in very good condition, but it's age is evident. The staff is very friendly and accomodating.

Hotel was fine for my needs...note...the bottom floor is musty and retained a lot of cooking odors. Also, if you have a room with an adjoining door, expect to hear your neighbors as though they are in the room with you. Request NOT to have an lock out door

Easy check in, staff was very helpful and kind! Beautiful hotel, was really surprised at how pretty it was. They said the hotel was completely full and we never heard any sound while we were in our room, very sound proof. Wonderful!

Unlike the listing on Expedia. The bar is closed. The game room is not available. And the fire pit was not available to actually use with a fire. Unfortunately, the only reason we booked this property was for the amenities and they were not available

This property is gorgeous. Abuts the West Orange Manor and has the loveliest and most peaceful grounds. The staff was super friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The indoor pool and jacuzzi was nice however if you like a nice hot temperature in the jacuzzi you may be dissatisfied. The temperature was no warmer than the pool. Breakfast was adequate but if your looking for a gourmet experience you may have to go elsewhere. But for free food it was good. Also if you like your room cleaned everyday you will have to request that specifically. We were there for five days and the staff didnt clean the room once because we didnt ask for it. But they were very prompt with anything we requested. Overall very nice stay.

Stayed here multiple times. Great place, my main complaint is if you have 3 people the pullout couch is HORRENDOUS. They are extremely uncomfortable. You are better off sleeping on the couch and not using the Pullout bed. The mattress in the couches need replacing 0/10.

Very nice hotel, lovely staff. Nice room, bathroom needs a little sprucing up, door jams are rusted and air conditioning made loud noises, but enjoyed the 2 nights we stayed.

Room smelled clean when I walked in but once spry wore off like Dog ! Could be from people in adjoining room that had 2 dogs . But rooms nicely redone and comfortable.
