Our room particularly the ensuite was not clean, hair on the toilet seat & in the bath tub

Staff were great when there was an issue with the booking. The room was spacious but old and there were issues with the bathroom such as broken tiles and mold in the shower. The breakfast was a major disappointment with a very limited selection.

Easy check-in, a bit noisy with the aircon would like a flater pillow for a more comfortable sleep

The property is good. This is our second stay there. Property is starting to show its age. Restaurant is nice, expensive for what you get though. I would stay again for it’s convenience.

I felt welcomed and cared for by every staff member at Rydges Norwest Sydney. The rooms were amazing and so was the food! I could not recommend this place enough. Fantastic experience, wish I had remembered my togs!

beds on 2nd floor are very comfy good I liked huge premises , interior is good.. beds are good on 2nd floor rooms, beds in 4th floor needs to replaced as it was not that good...

Room.wasnt cleaned to a high standard, broken glass provided in bathroom, phone in room was dirty, no in room movies, limited foxtel, bathroom needs updating and limited supplies in bathroom

No microwave but staff did offer to heat or reheat anything at reception, who would do that to them? A terrible, loud sound of a fan with or without the air conditioning system on all night. There’s no way of controlling the air conditioning fan speed. No lunch. I will find somewhere else next time.

Hotel was nice but old. Bathroom mirror steamed up as no fan in bathroom. Service at bar was minimal due to new staff not knowing anything. Overall friendly nice place.

Carpets and furniture was not clean.!!! Carpets need to be replaced

The bed is comfortable. Unfortunately, the cleanliness is not up to standard. Hair on bathroom floor was not vacummed and bathtub drain hole not cleared resulted water unable to run through when taking shower. 😑

The rooms are light and huge which was great but have very little in them, could easily fit microwave, more than one chair, coffee table. parking was free and easy. Location is quiet but there are plenty of good shops and restaurants a short drive away. Would recommend

Re vamp needed, lots of maintenance issues

All good,shouldn’t be advertising a laundry service where there isn’t one,then try to change extra for an outside service. Aircon vent was filthy and some PowerPoints didn’t work

no hot water for two nights, laundry machine broke down during all 5 nights stay very inconvenient.

On first impression, the hotel wasn’t too bad, but…night one we wanted room service but were told there wasn’t anyone to bring it too our room. Even us asking to collect and take it to our room ourselves resulted in head scratching. We also asked where the guest laundry was and were directed to the second floor. On arrival at the laundry we were greeted with an “out of service” sign on the door, which remained for the four days we were there. The fold out child’s bed was made up with bedsheets that appeared used (clean hotel sheets are flat, not crumpled). There was a noise for the entirety of the stay that sounded like masonry drilling into concrete - 24 hrs a day. Coffee/sugar not replenished each day. Cold shower water on the first night. Other than that it was good. The staff were friendly, so that was a positive. The price was cheap for Sydney, I guess you get what you pay for, even out in the suburbs.

Clean and to the point. Spacious with all amenities

It was awful. The tv didn’t work, they charged us an extra $50 to have a roll out bed put in the room for our daughter after we booked for 3, and $25 on top for parking. Outside and not secured. Do NOT stay here - very expensive and not worth it
