Great location, comfortable hotel

I received an email shortly before I was due to check in inviting me to check in online. Unfortunately, the web developers responsible for the online check in process lacked competence and my UK passport number was reported as not having a valid format. Maybe this was why check-in at the reception was painfully slow. What made matters worse was, having struggled with heavy luggage to get to my room, the door key card hadn't been properly programmed so I had to return to a busy reception. Not a good start. There was a long hair stuck to the mirror and another one on the bed. These were not my hairs. It made me doubt the cleanliness of the hotel. The water pressure in the shower was poor and the sink had this absurd arrangement which might have made sense to some trendy designer but was totally impractical. A weird, slanted surface in the sink (I've never seen such a thing before) meant that water splashed back at you. I think the seating in the reception area was meant to look contemporary. It didn't. It looked like something more befitting of a budget hostel than what was supposedly a 4 star hotel.

This hotel was centrally located and walking distance to both train stations. The room and lobby were both clean and modern. The desk clerk Laura was especially helpful and very kind and greeted me always with a smile. The only thing I could ask is maybe just 1 television channel in English. I was there on a Sunday and not much happens in town on Sundays. So I stayed in the room and relaxed most of the day. Highly recommend this hotel.

I have visited several times this hotel. It's my go to in Vigo. Economic, centric and good over all.

This is a very well located hotel, with modern facilities, and great views of the city center and the sea. I highly recommend for a short or long stay, overall it is very comfortable and the staff is helpful.

We were on our trip through Europe and needed hotel with 24h reception with big room for family. Thats exactly what we got. We made check-in 6.00 early morning and triple room had three 1,5 size beds. On 5-th floor we had also beautiful view to the sea. Breakfast room have corner window with lovely streetview. Entrance to underground parking is 20m from doorsteps, car entrance 200m so its very good option.

Modern hotel. Clean and comfortable. Beautiful view of the city from our room. But a bit too far into the city if you are a pilgrim walking the Camino - another location might be better. But did give a comfortable nights sleep!

Not enough long hanging space. I could not hang up a normal short dress. I would have been happy with a hock but there weren’t any either.
