A run down haveli. Do yourself a favor and stay at Rambagh. Immediately upon check-in to dingy dark room we requested to leave the hotel via hotel car and returned the key. The hotel refused to refund and told hotels.com that we stayed the entire duration of the reservation even though we returned the key and made it very clear we were leaving. The quality of service is a disgrace.

This peaceful heritage property located within the walls of the pink city was a delight to stay at. We spent two nights in a very spacious room off the main courtyard. The rooms were clean, had comfortable beds, large bathrooms including a gigantic roll top bath and a large shower cubical which was enjoyed regularly due to the humidity of September. One note for light sleepers would be to take an eye mask as the curtains were not black out so the room was light (in my opinion) during the night.There was an air conditioner in the main bedroom and ceiling fans in all rooms which helped keep the temperature at bay. All the staff were very courteous and polite. The pool is gorgeous and the gym facilities perfect for a short trip. The hotel restaurant for breakfast and dinner was delicious and had a beautiful outdoor eating courtyard for those enjoying the heat! It felt like a perfectly maintained ‘exotic marigold hotel.’

the food is terrible. rats everywhere around the dining area. the property is not maintened well. for the price you can get much better and it is way to overpriced

I have stayed at Samode Haveli many times. It is an enchanting property. The staff is attentive and warm. Lovely dining and spa. The grounds are always evolving with updates that embellish the heritage of the hotel. The maintenance and service are top notch.

It is a hidden oasis within pink city close to all sights and bazaars but far enough away to have complete privacy and total calm!As we travel for business we choose to book a standard room (as we're out working all day!) We usually stay in the same room no. 120 which on the ground floor very private and next to the beautiful lush green grounds. The room is charming, a little tired now and in need some fresh paint however it still remains so comfortable, quiet and peaceful after a long days work! We will always continue to stay at the Samode Haveli when in Jaipur!

Probably my favorite hotel in India during my 12 days of travel. It's beautifully kept, staff is professional, food is amazing, and the pool is a great oasis from the chaotic Jaipur outside. It's great place and I highly recommend it.

Hotels can only be as good as the staff working in them. All staff were friendly and helpful and looked as if they genuinely enjoyed working for the hotel.

Loved staying here - highly recommend the morning walking tour to see the everyday life of the city and the rooftop bar for a evening drink!

Absolutely gorgeous property in a central location, with attentive staff and great food. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded at no cost to quite possibly the nicest hotel "room" I have ever stayed in... which was actually a huge suite :)

Luxurious, in a mellow understated way, with the famous Rajasthani hospitality on full display. Beautiful property, from the architecture to the gardens. Common area rooms are exquisite. There are romantic and artistic photo spots at every turn on the property. Sumptuous, delicious breakfast every morning.
