The website on Expedia said free transportation from the airport. They wanted to charge me. Breakfast was supposed to be included.

I like the nice view of the property. What I dint like was there was no shuttle to and from the airport as describe on their website. It was two times they only went so they sucker you into staying at the place so ended up needing a cab both ways.

We experienced a nice 1 day stay. Property and rooms are very nice, quiet and close to malls, etc. The 24 hour front desk staff was extremely nice, spoke English and setup up a 3AM taxi pickup shuttle to the airport for us. Airport was 30 min away with no traffic this time of the morning. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Queretaro Zona Diamante was absolutely incredible. The whole hotel was extremely clean, the rooms very comfortable and the staff were excellent and helpful. The city views were amazing and the recently renovated pool was so relaxing and perfect.

We travelled from out of town to a wedding supposedly close by. Front desk called us a car to drive us. We drove in circles for an hour and asked to return to the hotel. Not the drivers fault but no one had good directions despite the wedding planner providing an address. So our night was ruined, we never made the wedding and disappointed our familia. Our cab did not charge us but it was a nightmare.. The hotel s

Pros - friendly, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast from 6 am to 12 pm. Despite the cons, would stay again because of its convenient location and accommodating staff.
Cons - sewage-y smell from one of the drains that we got under control by covering with a trash can. We kept getting locked out of our room due to a system error.

This hotel is VERY clean. My son and I felt safe - no issues with security for Americans. The hotel staff accommodated a request for massages with 12 hours notice. The pool and surrounding area was relaxing and picturesque.

Only have One ! free schuttle to airprot at 4am... that's it

I fell it could be cheaper given the property and the state of it. It's also nowhere near a pedestrian zone, the pool doesn't look clean and most facilities seemed to have very basic maintenance.

When I got there and I asked for the shuttle going to airport tomorrow morning (like they have on their add on hotels.com) they said we don’t have any shuttle for you and you have to get taxi and pay it by yourself. I called you guys regarding the issue that I had there and when I showed them I’m chatting with your agent they told me that they will try to provide me a shuttle and they did it Thank you guys ( Hotels. Shower was awful and even though the maintenence guy said they were going to taje care of it that day, they simply didn't show up neither care.
One of the pillow cases had a fresh stain on it and there was a toothbrush left from last guest.
Is that what they call perfect cleansing..nothing to worry about during pandemic times?
