The area in itself is a nice location, but the set up of the hotel is poorly planned out like the pool is literally like on the side next to the street like if I’m going to enjoy the pool I don’t wanna hear cars passing by and noise, then the dining is not even included. You have to pay that separately that should be included with the room that should be one of the perks Deposits, I had to wait two months for them to return my actual room deposit

I had a wonderful stay at this centrally located hotel, just a short drive from Rodeo Drive, Hollywood, and Santa Monica. The staff was amazing, especially the valet team. Kevin was exceptional, always greeting us by name with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

It is pricey and the valet parking is costly otherwise it is a very good choice

The only downside with the rooms is that there's no bathroom door - it's a sliding closet-type door that cannot be locked and provides no sound barrier to the room. Unlike other Marriotts, there are no microwaves in the room or even on the floor, nor are there ice machines. Ice must be taken up in a ziploc bag from the lobby. Parking was valet only and $58 a day. Street parking is not plentiful, and there are the typical parking regulations to watch out for. We opted for valet over worrying about the rental car, but it was a big added expense to our stay. Staff is super-accommodating and friendly. We never waited longer than a minute for an elevator regardless of the time of day or night. If you keep kosher, there are several dozen excellent dining choices within a 20 minute walk (and some just two minutes away!) and several synagogues to choose from.

Awesome hotel in Beverly Hills. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Great city views from most rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel overall was good, however our key to enter the room did not work twice, which we had to keep going back down to reception to sort out. Apart from that it was good. Great location too.
