Not in the best condition or the cleanest hotel, but friendly staff and comfortable. There are so many bad hotels that charge more, this is just a good (not perfect) but affordable, comfortable, friendly hotel.

The beds are worse than county jail beds. So uncomfortable, hard as a rock. Room was dirty looking and dusty. Smelled funny too. Would not recommend

I paid for a room with a king size bed and got a room with 2 queens. The beds were like sleeping on a slab of concrete. The towels were microfiber, the bathroom had yellow stains on the floor, there was no where to plug anything in at. The shower head was crusty and the air conditioner made a loud noise. Also breakfast sucked.

Easy check in & nice & quiet!

Average! Basically only hotel in Evart. Dated, needs repair and the beds are hard and uncomfortable.

It was wonderful to be so close to the Music Festival. Check in and check out was great. The beds could be upgraded, although it was nice to be closer to the floor,rather than raised beds, but the mattresses seem a little out of date. The pool and hot tub were a great amenity too. The cucumber water looked amazing, when you entered the lobby. The interior was attractive and welcoming. We would stay again anytime!

My room smelled like cigarettes and the shower curtain was moldy. The breakfast was wonderful and the service was wonderful! For the price, it was not bad for 1 night.

The facility was in fair to good condition. Staff was cordial. It met our traveling needs. It would not be a destination hotel if we were vacationing. Folks should be aware there is no elevator. Towels were pitiful - so it was kind of funny there was a sign in rooms about theft of towels. As if. ;)

Nice place to stay

Our room smelled like urine. Not a little urine either. They have signs in the room letting you know they only have housekeeping on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays which makes you wonder what’s happening the other days of the week. They are so worried you are going to steal their towels that they only provide one in a room and if you need one for the pool you have to check it out at the front desk and return it to them when done or there is a $20 charge. I don’t recommend the run down pool area either if they can’t afford cleaning products or towels for the rooms how can they possibly afford chlorine for the pool. This room was only $20 cheaper than the Hampton two nights earlier in Mount Pleasant which was amazingly clean and friendly. Skip this place pay the extra $20 and go to the Hampton Inn in Mt Pleasant where you get a warm cookie and a clean room/pool/hot tub.

Rooms seemed recently renovated

3 night stay. Quiet, comfortable stay.

Disappointed that we did not receive the ground floor with king bed, we got second floor queen beds: made reservation in March for a June stay

It needs to be updated. Pool/hot tub area had broke tile and looked grummy. The air conditioner in the room was full of dust. The bed was very hard and hurt my back. Only spoke to the front desk when checking in and she was nice.

Inside the hotel was poorly maintained. The otsude looked nice. Ripped carpet, plastic over smoke detectors, and the bathrooms were dirty. After driving 3 hours and stressing about my sisters wedding the next day i was instantly unimpressed.

Bugs were crawling on both beds in the first room we were given. Luckily we noticed before unpacking our stuff. We went straight to the front desk and they gave us a different room. Second room had no bugs…we REALLY checked. Cleaning staff did a good job. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating.

It’s an old hotel needing renovations. The room smelled had to with rooms. Towels and beddings are well used. We had to open the windows and turn the air on. We stayed three nights. Asked for towels only on the first night. There was no maid service the next day.

Convenient location. Hot tub doesn’t work but warm water is good

The cable has like three working channels and there is no elevator… BUT they let me bring my dog, check in early and Hannah at the desk went out of her way to call me when my room was ready early. Would def stay again!

Room smelled like cat. Roll away bed was rough and uncomfortable

A friend and I took 3 kids to stay the night, we arrived around 5:30-5:45pm. The kids went swimming for around 20 minutes, after, they complained of their throats and eyes hurting and their skin turned red with mild rashes. Definitely too much chlorine in the pool area. The teens had their own room, adjoined to ours, the kids bed had dried blood on the sheets. The manager was called as I requested a refund. The audacity of the manager to ask "why did it take so long for the kids to notice the blood on the sheets?" was shocking. The door knob to the adjoining room came off as I opened the door as well. We left in the middle of the night as the only person who treated us like people was the third shift receptionist. I will be contacting as many higher ups as I have to, to make sure this situation is taken care of. I don't care about getting the refund so much as the amount of complaints about this hotel and for some reason, it's still in business.

We stayed at this hotel for a childs birthday party! We all had a blast. The only thing i wish was different was that there would be more pool towels. We asked the front desk and they told us there was no more towels. Breakfast was amazing! Also when you make the reservation they ask you if you need anything. And i asked for a down stairs room when we got there they told me we were up stairs. I kindly asked if we could get a room down stairs due to not being able to use stairs. She took care of that right away for us.

Good and clean

Reserved a room with a king size bed, was given a room with 2 queens. No big deal, but why give me the option if I can't have it? First impressions are in line with previous reviews, older property that is fairly well kept but could use some updating. Not bad for the location and price though.

Experience generally good

The ladies were great but the property needs a lot of updates. The bedding had stains, the towels were old and ragged. The floor was dirty and the room smelled old and musty.

We first were given a room with 2 queens instead of a king as expected. The beds were not made and the faucet only had hot water. They then moved us to another room that was just ok. We did not bother to eat breakfast there.

It was quiet in the room. You couldn't hear anything outside your room. No cars passing it people going to their room. The staff was really nice.

Was a great hotel at a good price

Reserved a king room, got 2 double beds because they were overbooked. Beds were uncomfortable. Tub looked dirty but I believe it was a stain. Bathroom fan barely worked. Overall the hotel is rundown, in need of repairs and updates.

It was PERFECT for us. Truly grand.
