The staff was friendly and polite. Mickey was wonderful at checkout. Michelle in the restaurant went the extra mile. The room was spacious, fresh and clean. Housekeeping is only offered every other day but the front desk makes it clear that if you need towels or any Items during your stay, feel free to ask. I would recommend this property and will stay here again if I am ever in Calabasas!

Great hotel, clean, safe abd great staff. Only complaint is the toilet paper roll place ment was under the sink counter and 2 feet away from the toilet. Just put one along the wall next to the toilet.

This is my favorite hotel to stay in whenever I’m in SoCal…perfect location ( near 101 freeway) peaceful ,safe area and rooms are always very cozy…Highly recommend!

Very clean, comfortable bed, nearby shops & restaurants & the in hotel kitchen had one of the best pasta primaveras we have had! 5 stars for great customer service, clean comfy room and convenient in hotel kitchen with ample parking, this will be our little staycation away from home! Staff was courteous, liked the location. However there was mold in the bathroom, and a strong sewer smell. Could hear the plumbing in the next room, and other guests speaking in the hallway late at night.

Clean, tidy, and spacious. Ideal location for business in the Calabasas area with resturants within walking distance in a space environment. Short distance from the 101 Freeway.

I appreciated the interior decoration in the room. The front desk staff were fantastic. I do wish there were healthier options to buy in the snacks area, like fresh fruit or simply cooked vegan/gluten-free prepared foods. If you're going to stock potato chips, get the Boulder Canyon brand with avocado oil. It's the best!

I don't know what it was, what it was, but the car woke up with a burnout, with marks that looked like rain, but it was something sticky that it took a lot of work to remove it every day. Maybe it was the chemical they cleaned the parking lot every night.

"I stayed in room 161. Firstly, it's on the ground floor, and you can hear footsteps and creaky flooring all night from the upper floor. The bed was hard to sleep on, and the bedding, which was supposed to be white, appeared overused. I think they have reached the end of their useful life. My only positive experience would be that the staff seemed friendly."

This was a lovely room and hotel for the price. Can’t complain about anything except the toilet, and I forgot to tell them you needed to “jiggle the handle” to keep it from running all the time. That’s minor - everything else was great. Highly recommend this hotel, even without a free breakfast.

The sink sm elled like the sewer. The bed was very uncomfortable. Being by the busy road was very noisy. I was in room 363.
The staff was good when I clumsily spilled green tea on my bed.

Nothing is included. I accidentally ate a piece of toast because I thought breakfast was free and they charged my room 40$. Wi-Fi is 15$ a day. Staff was ok. Rooms were nice and area was nice and quiet!
