It was a good stay except for having lukewarm water in the shower

Rooms need to be updated. Mattress and bedspread aren't comfortable. The room smells of mildew and mold. Very damp. My mold allergies were going crazy; I woke up with a massive headache, and my eyes were itchy.

The only negative was the highway traffic, near major road, early in the morning. I thought this was a good value.

I did not stay there (my grandchildren did). It appeared to clean, well managed, staff was very helpful. My only issue was the cost because it did not appear to be anywhere close to being full, I,e. Overpriced.

Great service, clean room, wonderful area, quick drive to the beach. The only complaint of the tub was a bit squeaky, but nothing that would stop me from staying here again. Would recommend!

The mattress was terrible. A mattress pad had been put on top of the mattress and it was very lumpy and uncomfortable. The sheets were old and itchy. The air conditioner in the room was loud and didn’t work well. The TV had limited channels. The lighting in the bedroom and bathroom was dim. The closet was a portable one and very small. The hot water was in limited supply. Part of my shower was cold due to not having enough hot water. I wasn’t very impressed with the breakfast either. No orange was available. I had stayed at this hotel many years ago and it was apparent no upgrades have been made.

The property was good. The staff were nice and helpful. Our room was nice and clean. One annoying thing was our two card keys were not opening our room door, so we would go to the front desk and the lady nicely opened our door and told us she could make us two new keys but it was our last night there and we didn’t want all that hassle. Overall pretty good.

First time staying here. Great location and very pleasant stay. Room was clean and comfortable. The kids had an absolute blast in the pool, which was also clean and comfortable. Will most definitely book this hotel again for future beach outings!

Overall the stay was decent & convenient since I was traveling however, the key cards to the rooms were faulty to the point where I had to switch rooms. Also the shower is very different so you may have to call the front desk to figure out how to turn it on. Other than that the staff is nice and this location is quiet.

This was the most disgusting hotel experience I have ever had.
Bed sheets weren’t cleaned- they had grass, dirt, sand, hair on them when we turned the bed down. The appearance of mold on the sheets.
We were moved to a second room- dried stains in the sink, unclean tub full of hair, sticky stuff in the floor.
We were then moved to a third room and it was survivable given it was 1 am at this point and we had nowhere else to go.
When contacting management they acted as if we were the ones in the wrong and that their hotel was in excellent shape. They even went as far to fire the front desk employee that had helped us all night try to find a decent room because he defended us.
I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. I only gave the “staff and service” 4 stars simply because of how kind the kid at the desk was, and then lost his job over it.

"Free" breakfast. Fast checkout. Clean room. Non-working soda vending machine. Snack machine selection was abysmal. Breakfast items that were were supposed to be available from 5:30-7:30 a.m. were not: waffle-making machine, microwavable breakfast sandwiches, orange juice. Internet went out for more than 12 hours. TV remote response was delayed. Didn't watch the TV- nothing appealing to watch. Lighting in room was very dim.

Bed was uncomfortable hard mattress. Air conditioner you either froze or warm. Few tv channels would not stay at this hotel again.

The air conditioner leaked in the room, we didn't have pool towels and we didn't have enough pillows on the bed for king size with two people. other than that, the stay was nice and comfortable.
