The hotel did not charge us for amenities

I have a service dog and was told no pet fee
But after I checked out they charged my card for said waved pet fee. Greasy greasy greasy.

I’ve stayed at Hampton in Utah for close to 40 days and never had the problems I had here. Save your headache and go to la Quinta

We had an amazing stay at the Hampton in Helena, MT. The room was large and clean. The staff was able to get us a roll away bed and it fit well in our double queen bed room. CJ was working the front desk when we checked in and each night we were there. He was so friendly and willing to help with any request. We will definitely be staying here in the future

Rooms nice, except for noisy fridge. Location subject to truck road noises. Not sure what can be done to reduce that impact?

The pool was super cold. Then, on Sunday they had swim lessons for children so guests were kicked out. My kids were upset.

This hotel was very clean, comfortable, and all the staff were very friendly! (Front desk, housekeeping, etc.) The hotel and our room smelled so nice. I would definitely stay here again!

Was kind of far away from restaurants and night life. More like in a commercial, industrial area. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay.

The room was clean and the front desk people were friendly. The kitchen staff were rude and breakfast options were extremely lacking. All of the kitchen staff were outside smoking and complaining about guests asking why there wasn't more food options.

The room was on the back facing a busy road that was very noisy. I feel like the management was not prepared for a full hotel. There was not enough staff in the dining area to keep up. Food and coffee were always out at breakfast, no towels in the pool area, and garbages were full. The front desk people were very kind, and tried to be helpful.

CJ at the front desk is wonderful. He deserves a raise. Everything was great except the traffic noise on highway. Of course the hotel cant fix that so bring a white noise of some sort.

The property is not in the best area. The staff were terribly unprofesional. There was no power when I arrive do the and area power outage. The staff had no idea what was going on and when questioned they only said they notified the manager. Later when questioned they had not heard back from the manager and when I got his card and tried to call him, I only could get a recording that this number is not accepting calls. When leaving in the morning, still no power, I asked the person on duty then to only get the response the he had notified Corporate and they were working on it. No indication of andy refund or other compensation for this disaster.

It was ok. Bed wasn’t comfortable, the pool room was like a sauna. Elevator was down. Smelled like marijuana.

I travelled from Edmonton, AB to LAX, CA by car, stopped in 6 different hotels and this one is the best in everything. OUTSTANDING 👍👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🫡🫡🫡🫡 highly recommend

Get the elevator and ice machines fixed!!!

Upon check-in, I was advised that elevator was out of service. That was not an option for us, though front desk switched us to a handicap room however we got charged another $70 Which we were told will be refunded at checkout. Beds were comfortable handicap accessibility in the bathroom was great. Breakfast was OK but limited overall a good one night day.
