Great stay. Only different from the past that room cleaning is once every 5 days and car parking charges. I think if they apply parking charge to the room charge it will be better.

Overall decent rooms and what I would expect from a Homewood Suites. Felt like a safe area rather than staying in SF (Brisbane has about half the crime rate and no homeless sleeping in the parking lot like some places in SF).
The biggest con is the walls were thin or poorly soundproofed: I could hear the people in the room next to me talking (not understandable) , watching TV, having sex, and snoring. I am a light sleeper so I did find it distracting. Most hotels I stay at I don't hear the neighbors as much. There was plenty of parking, but the parking spots are a little narrow.

We always stay at Homewood Suites when we are in San Francisco and New Orleans. This time we were gone all day due to a family funeral. This time it was hot and we had no air conditioning. It was so late and no maintenance available to fix the air. The front desk clerk was courteous and gave us a fan, which only covered one room.

This hotel is 10min near sfo airport. Hotel haa good breakfast options ans also paid laundry facilities. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had taken room with kitchen and I liked the room layout. Living space, office space and kitchen was separated from the bedroom. Living has sofa sleeper which was sturdy. I recommend this property to anyone who is traveling with kids.Kitchen was fully equipped.Staff was nice.

One of the exit doors were stuck, so I could not get out. Had to go around to another.
One day our room was not serviced, so I had to go down and get clean towels.

Our room was very spacious. We missed breakfast as we thought it ended at 10am but it was actually 9am. The clerk gave us yogurt, bagels, oatmeal packs in bags and that was much appreciated.

It was a decent hotel to stay at. The bed was a little hard, but not too uncomfortable. Breakfasts were just OK because the eggs, were a bit questionable. Having a kitchen was awesome.

We had to move rooms because the thermostat was broken and stuck on 74. The other room was the same and we were checking out the next day so we just didnt bother. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash were missing in both rooms. At one point we found the cleaning lady on her phone laying on the couch and was surprised when we passed by. Old hotel that was supposed to have been refurbished but issues still persist. Id give it a 1 star but the front desk, the maintenance and the dining crew were super nice and accomodating. 2 stars overall, will not come back.

We had a good time except for two things. When we got there employees or smoking right next to the entrance and I am really sensitive to smoke. I would really rather they didn't do that. The other thing was that I noticed that the staff have a tendency to carry on really extensive personal conversations to the detriment of the guest when the manager isn't standing right there.

The room was way better than expected. Very clean and updated. I had a class in downtown SF and didn't want to deal with staying directly in the City. I'm so glad i chose this hotel. It was easy to get to, easy to park and has a nice, clean and safe bay trail right across the street too.

Unfortunately, the hotel is right next to the railroad tracks! The evening check-in staff was absolutely lovely, Monica. The morning staff of checkout didn’t seem like they really cared for their job much. The breakfast certainly nothing to write home about. It served our purpose of a quick overnight.

The Hotel is just 'ok'...The breakfast was ok, not great, service was helpful, but didn't fix a unfllushable toilet after 3X. I fixed it. The shower is either really cold or hot. Good luck. We checked in an hour early after an early morning long flight and got charged and extra $50+tax.

Kitchen needed to be mop n swept, carpet needed to vacuum. Bathroom ceiling paint was chipping away.
Breakfast was good, Fred did an excellent job, he was helpful, happily greeted people, awesome guy whom I could tell takes pride in his work

We stopped multiple times at this place over the last 10 years as it’s a convenient location for our family . We recently don’t like to stay in hotels in SFO and found out a convenience to stay somewhat away from the city . The restaurants are kind of far from this hotel , but we became familiar with this area and found 15-20 min drive wonderful restaurants to eat . Check Burlingame down town for it .
About hotel . Lack of extra pillows in a room for 3 people to sleep . Will be nice to have also extra blankets . Breakfast: around 9:00 almost all food was gone . No big garbage can to throw the garbage away . The men who was in charge of breakfast was very nice and before closing the breakfast itself was making sure everybody got enough food . Overall a pleasant stay , BUT I think this hotel becoming a little outdated .

10 minute drive from SFO. Great hotel for families. There is a heated pool. Unfortunately our kitchenette did not seem clean and the sheets for the pull out couch did not look replaced. Decent breakfast, they have hot items.

When we arrived and checked in, we were told housekeeping cleaned rooms every other day. We checked in Thursday afternoon. When we checked out Monday house cleaning had still not been in our room. We had to go to the lobby and ask for toilet paper and towels. When we complained about the lack of cleaning service to the desk clerk, she in a very disrespectful tone told my wife that they only clean rooms if you stay more than 4 days.

Very expensive stay, with a really bad breakfast (eggs standing in hot water) and far from any restaurants (you need to get in your car to get a meal except for the bad free breakfast). $500 a night and they still charge you for outside parking.
