Clean and comfortable. Ideal for an overnight stay. Directly opposite the train station and convenient for the main routes. We enjoyed an evening meal in the bistro attached to the hotel but did not take breakfast. The secure carpark was full but we parked nearby for free. Charges start at 9 am the following morning. The aircon was welcome , if a little noisy. As was the lift if your room is close to it. Mini fridge and kettle are always useful.

The staff and hotel we good but the hotel was about a 15 to 20 minute walk from the centre.

The hotel is clean and quiet. It is next to the train station but there are no negative effects from that. The elevator was broken for a week. The was a lot of snow in Paris so they could not bring a part. So I had to take the stairs up to the 6th floor several times every day. They did not offer anything in compensation. I thought a complimentary breakfast would mean that they care. Also, one cannot have two different devices on the internet unless one uses two different e-mail accounts, one for each device. In addition, the wi-fi kicks you out every 15 minutes and you have to go through the entire log-in process each time. This is annoying.

Overall good place to stay, convenient location if traveling by train which was our case. quiet, clean, reasonably priced. Friendly staff. But problem with shower not draining and carpet all wet. Also phone to other rooms doesnt work. Very good breakfast.

Well priced hotel with clean rooms and amenities. Friendly staff and close to the station.

Had a brilliant time. Hotel was clean and bright inside. Room sufficiently spacious with adequate storage space. Bathroom again spacious and kept spotlessly clean. Staff always cheerful and obliging and patient when I struggled with certain French words . They were also quick to resolve problems ; Eg key card malfunction, light bulb & blinds and were helpful in giving advice about travel, particularly when there was major disruption on the railway during that week . Breakfast was good too with good coffee from the machine and nice fresh bread + cold meats cheese , fruit etc.

The Room: the room was very clean, but for a 3 stars, I would have expected proper cups, not paper ones. The room has a wet room, which looks very smart, but has a design flaw. Its nothing special but rooms are clean and the one we had quiet, its close to the station but a long walk into the old city center. You can get a reasonable breakfast at the hotel

Staff was friendly. She changed a better room for us after we told her the room was noisy. Great value.

I spent a few nights there during a business trip recently. The location is very central, across the street from the train station. There are a few decent restaurants, although I would avoid the one directly to the right of the hotel when you are facing the entrance. Tried it, and they could not care less, on my experience. The room was a superior room. For French standards, it was an adequate size, although the huge TV is the elephant in the room. Desk space is limited. Room was clean, but bed was never made. Also, a big inconvenience was the internet service. You get a code. You can use several devices. What they are not telling you is that in order to do so, you cannot use them simultaneously. I had called down the first night, and the guy told me (we both speak French, so there was no linguistic breakdown) there must be something wrong with the way I logged on. I asked specifically whether I needed a separate code to use to use more than one device at a time, and he said that was not necessary...nor was it ever. Come to find out, it states specifically on their provider site that you cannot SIMULTANEOUSLY use one code for two different devices. I could do without, but it is such little customer service things that represent a drawback. Not insurmountable, but poor service nonetheless. Otherwise, it was fairly good.

Great for our one night stay. Parking was secure. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating!

The hotel is very practical for getting into the centre of Clermont Ferrand. It is also just next to the train and bus station which is ideal. The hotel room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly. Overall we were very satisfied.

This was just a quick overnight stop between trains and fitted our needs very well - location is very convenient, just across the road from the station. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and we're happy for us to keep the room till noon the next day so that we could go into the centre before our afternoon train departure.

The hotel benefits from secure car parking and is easily located near to the main railway station. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a very good condition and offers WIFI and air conditioning. Rooms have minibars stocked with water and soft drinks.

Secure parking an absolute bonus. Arrived very late and even though the hotel could offer no food, directed to a local fast food bar which proved OK considering the late hour. Breakfast excellent.

Small rooms, internet was not working (the staff told it does not work for couple days and suggested pirate use of other network from nearby hotel), food was not worth of its price, the "superior" rooms almost do not differ from standard rooms, the quadruple rooms are formed by addition of a couch-derived bed, which is horrible, ...

A very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Nice rooms, carpets on floor, though. Very close to train station. Slightly shabby surroundings. Drug dealing in side streets. Hotel itself nice

I bit old and needed updating to freshen it up. friendly welcome, free wifi , breakfast was expensive at 10 euro,s for bread and a coffee! We had a family room which was a sofa bed which worked ok. Quiet location only 3 miles from motorway and close to the centre. Overall a bit expensive in my view.......

The receptionist made us very welcome after a long journey from Northern England. The room though small was comfortable and adequate for a one night stay. Breakfast was poor, as was service. Garage parking secure. A basic restaurant next door.

Good value, highly recommended.
