Absolutely wonderful hotel! Food it outstanding as are the staff! Will return for our third time hopefully next February

The hotel work force is very efficient and work hard to make your stay worthwhile even though we have spent more time at the beach than by the hotel pools. The downside - smoking allowed by the pools and sitting/eating places. Very unpleasant.

what a nice hotel super service all

I have stayed here three times in three years. Without doubt the best food in a hotel in the area. In fact probably the best continually top quality food I’ve ever had in any hotel (and really most restaurants all over the world). It is a joy to have dinner. Breakfast is wonderful too. The pools are heated to 28 degrees and all 3/4 are lovely. Staff enjoy their jobs. Service is perfect. It is a quiet, top class hotel with gardens and tranquility. Nothing else like it in the area.

Fantastic place to stay. Excellent climate. Great beach. Amazing food. Excellent saunas, excellent salt & fresh water pools.

Stayed before. The staff are so so so friendly and helpful. The food has to be the best for half board/full I’ve had from any hotel food. Great position and facilities. Just calm, top class, comfortable, welcoming and perfect for a single person, chilled couple or with a kid. Love it

Should prefer adult only as kids are noisy for aged clients

The staff are exceptional.

the service was very good and general the hotel deserves 5 stars but i was a little dissapointed with the entertainment program and some of the waiting staff were not quite on the ball.

Return visit for me and not my last. Beautiful setting in Palm tree oasis next to beach. Lovely food and friendly attentive staff. Very relaxing.

Food was excellent plenty of choices especially as my husband is a celiac, he had plenty of options. Loved the hot pool, no problem getting a sun lounger, staff very friendly. Overall lovely hotel. I will definitely be back again 😎

Lovely hotel

An amazing in hotel right be the beach, just a two minute walk across a very quiet residential street to the the national park and dunes of Maspalomas. The pool and gardens resemble an oasis with all the canary palms around and the neighbouring property adding to the illusion of endless palms. The room was excellent, clean and well maintained as well as quiet. Water was offered daily and a chocolate before bed time. The up-price for halfboard was well worth the reasonable additional cost as the food is of excellent quality with a 4 course meal 4 nights and excellent BBQs the 3 other nights with everything that your heart desires.The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and speak multiple languages not limited to Spanish, German, English and Dutch. There was very good nightly entertainment during and and after dinner and the 70s style bar lounge has a great vibe. Breakfast was phenomenal and should you wish to swap dinner for lunch you can do so as well if you let the staff at reception know the day before. It was my 50th birthday during our stay and the staff took the time to congratulate me and also left a very nice surprise for me in the room which was very much appreciated. We did not hire a car as we wanted to relax and celebrate and used reasonably priced taxis to get into town and the local express bus to go to Las Palmas both of which can be taken from stops a short walk away. To and from the airport we organised one transfer online and another via the hotel.

Lovely, well kept hotel with nice outside space. the staff are impeccable, very friendly and efficient. The property is a short walk to the beach and a number of very nice restaurants.

One of the very best hotels I have stayed in for service and food quality. The only fault I would have is that everywhere was chilly at night - my fault for going in January and to be fair to the hotel I imagine doors open everywhere was down to covid which I fully accept. Their covid procedures were exemplary. All staff wore face masks and not once did I see a single case of the all too irritating masks being pulled down below the nose because the wearer doesn’t really want one on. The guests were also very careful. The food was excellent, both breakfast and evening meal, excellent choice and quality.

Our bathroom was tiny , balcony’s are small. Tea and coffee facilities in the room are basic .no coffee machine. Breakfast display is superb. Dinner option alternate between buffet and table service. The table service and menus option was very good.I preferred this option . Buffet had good selection, with limitations. The gym is semi outdoor, with basic facilities Spa is very good, the steam room area is great however it was shut due to Covid .

The Seaside Palm Beach is a lovely friendly hotel. The staff are excellent, for example making a phone call on my behalf in Spanish. Also the hotel provides nice touches like a present filled stocking outside the room door on St. Nicholas's day. The breakfast buffet is superb and the hotel is in a great location, with lots of restaurants etc nearby.

A well located hotel with excellent standards of service. On the expensive side for five star hotels in Maspalomas, but the difference in standards was noticeable. I would thoroughly recommend staying at this property.

Stayed here for about tenth time in 6 years. Nice as always but disappointed when simply given a ”No!” to the question if I could use the (almost always empty) gym the few days we were checked out before checking in again. I understand that guests cannot be given free access to the gym for any length of time but this was just for a week and then we were checking in again. Regular guests. Overall reception personnel seem stressed and buzy.

The staff are all very helpful. The swimming pools are warm and clean. Gardens are pretty. Food is very good. Bedrooms could be improved with new carpets.
