Very basic yet cheap and affordable stay. Refreshed inside, older outside. No pool, limited amenities. Basic breakfast.

Run down, moldy

This motel (not close to be a hotel) is horrible. Smells so bad, dirty as hell, looks like no one cleaned it for yearssssss. Breakfast was gross, no options whatsoever, the guy in charge of the “kitchen” looked like a contractor, used the same gloves for doing everything including taking the bread from the bag and put it in the trays. No sanitizing, no cleaning!! Towels and bed sheets were with stains and hair. DISGUSTING AND DISAPPOINTING!!!

Super 8 - Not at all. Very poor condition. Stains on bedding, curtains, bathroom counter, etc. We couldn't stay the second day of our 2 night booking because the toilet malfunctioned on the first night flooding the bathroom floor completely. Informing the establishment yielded an accusatory response which only came after the lower floor occupants complained that water was seeping from their ceiling. Maintenance never came the following morning and knowing we would not be able to use the bathroom, we booked another hotel. Things happen, but how an establishment handles the situation and responds to the customer matter. They failed on both ends. Avoid Super 8, if you can.

We'll never stay here again! The place was filthy. It was just for one night so we suffered thru since we had a convention to attend the next day. But starting with the lobby near the check in desk, the floor was "sticky".... filthy. The floors in the room were also sticky. I took a shower and put on clean socks to walk around in before bed and they were black with filth within a shor time. The "free" coffee tasted like mud.... obviously leftover from the morning. God only knows if that container is ever cleaned. We refused to eat the "free" breakfast opting for Dunkin Donuts instead. The people were nice enough, cordial. But they are dirty. Never again.

Property was ok but room has some weird smell coming all the time. Else rest of the things are ok.

This place was completely disgusting, would not recommend or ever stay again

Checking in and out was smooth, unfortunately the room itself was underwhelming. Floors were not swept and mopped. Housekeeping never replenished towels. Housekeeping only cleaned the room once after I requested daily housekeeping. Windows throughout the business were dirty as well as the many enter/exit points. That being said, entry was controlled and monitored so from a safety point it was good. Better housekeeping and modern updates would improve the experience.

Affordable.. friendly atmosphere but the condition of the property is very poor.. bed was very uncomfortable and toilet was not working properly .. paint was peeling off the walls in shower. Very plain breakfast.

Their morning breakfast wash limited, they did not have any napkins or choice selection of food, also the ran out of lids for coffee and the did not replace them. The hotel door windows were not clean. Overall the service was not very accommodating. I want to say that the Maid service we had was great, they were very helpful, courteous and respectful.

The bathroom had pee stains behind the toilet and the shower still had stains in it. There was sexual toys hidden behind the bed as well. The ice machine was broke as well. Broken down cars in the parking lot as well

I booked 3 rooms for us and friends for an overnight stay on Aug 31st. I choose this hotel based on cost, location and reviews for this hotel scored as good. I was shocked to find the hotel room was filthy, as were the rooms where our friends stayed. The trash not emptied from last guests, we had one towel, no soap, sink didn't drain, holes in the wall covered with tape. It was late when we arrived and unable to get more towels. The floor was sticky with visible dirt everywhere. I was so embarrassed to have invited our friends to stay there. I will never book through this web site again.

Right off the highway. Nice and comfortable.

The staff was nice but the bathroom in my room had hairs all over, two towels were dirty and the water was too hot to shower in. The walls are thin you can hear the tv’s in the other rooms but the ac worked and was almost loud enough to drown out the other noises. The free breakfast was watery coffee and stale pastries. This wasn’t worth the money

Staff was nice. One of the locks on the room door was broken. Otherwise, as expected.

Let’s start with safety lat h being removed from door. Then let’s continue to the disgusting room. Lipstick, hair on both beds, yellow stains on the blankets. Smelled like people just got up and made the bed. Towel had pubic hair on it. Called front desk 3:40pm wanting clean bedding. Was told “ok, in a few minutes” by Sai. By 6pm I had to go to the front desk and demand them. Went to Walmart got Lysol wipes and wiped entire room down. No one would think to change my room or anything. Then let’s talk about going down for hot water to make instant coffee(they have free breakfast but it’s so filthy I didn’t touch anything my sneakers were sticking to the floor) there is a guy who doesn’t work there lurking in the staircase as there in no elevator. So anytime I had to leave the room I carried my mace. So if the hotel posts a reply to this know it is insincere and fake. Not only did I take pictures of the nastiness I sent them to corporate and I’m posting them online. I booked this place to just stay while getting my son set up in his dorm. Never again. Expedia should be ashamed giving this place as an option. Next time I will spend the extra money for a place that isn’t a dump.

Single night stay as part of a road trip. The room was pieced together with furniture at odd spaces & large empty spaces where it seemed there should have been furniture. The door latch was missing. Bathroom toiletries did not include soap and it was dingy and in I’ll repair. The mini fridge was on the fritz. There were no extra pillows on request, or blankets.

The breakfast was quite poor. Very limited selection.

The receptionist night shift

Staff was not friendly or helpful. Breakfast area was crowded and we were told that we were not allowed to take our food back to our room, but had to eat in the packed breakfast area - unreasonable! Floor in room was sticky

I stay two nights , not even cleaning room service , and have to go to front desk to ask more toilet paper, when you take breakfast, one staff just stand over at breakfast room to stare you to make you feel like you are theft not guest .

Staff was helpful and the Jacuzzi was great.

Crazy place and dirty

There was a blood stain on comforter. The bathroom had patched up holes in wall. Werent even painted over. Looks like someone just slapped on spackling, didnt even smooth or sand it.

a good, basic hotel. however they had no coffee cups for the coffee! Also our soap dispenser was empty in the shower (a minor problem for us). the bed pillows were a bit hard making for a difficult night's sleep.

Our experience at Super 8 Hotel on Lehigh Station Road in Henrietta, Rochester. When we checked in the woman was rather rude. When we got to the 2 rooms, my room had hair in the tub and pubic hair on the toilet seat. Only 2 towels, the floors were fake hardwood that they apparently only swept and never mopped because I spilled a bit of water and the cloth I wiped it up with was black with dirt. The other room had hair on one of the beds and When they went to use the ice bucket it had bugs in it. And while we were gone someone entered our rooms even though we had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. I went to the desk to get soaps as there were none in the room and extra towels, the same rude women gave me the 3rd degree about getting towels and they were out of soap for our entire stay. We had to go out and purchase some. Also on our last day they were spraying chemicals in the hallways (cleaning the rugs) that stunk to the high heavens. That should not be done during the busy daytime. Some people like me have asthma and other breathing issues that can't take that. I had an asthma attack because of what they were spraying. Very inconsiderate people that work there.
