It is a very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and even gave us a bottle of wine upon check-in along with bottles of water. There is an authentic Mexican restaurant next door where ae were given a 10 percent discount because we were at the hotel. I would highly recommend to anyone to stay here and we will be.back.

Nice pool and hot tub. Very spacious. Full kitchen but no pots or pans available. Some dishes there. Close to Atlantic City and surrounding area

1st room smelled like urine. 2nd room, atnleast didnt smell, but bathroom was moldy and water damaged all aroubd the tub and basemboards. The ceramic tile in the kitchen entry area was all broken and dangerous to walk over barefoot.

I like that it was close to Walmart and other affordable dining areas. I also l6the lights in the hotel and pool

There was a slight smell in the room. There were 2 centipedes in the sink. When I checked out the girl at the front desk was not polite nor pleasant. Other than that it was great.

Room was awesome! Owner was okay, I’ve been double charged my deposit and only refunded once. Very loud neighbors that staff didn’t care about. VERY limited breakfast selection

The indoor pool , steam room and hot tub were great editions to our slightly outdated but clean room w execellent room amenities like jacuzzi tub , full kitchen and rotating privacy armoire w dvd & tv

There was no decaf coffee or tea in the breakfast area and no juices. Also, the hotel's website listed room safes, but staff told us the safes were working.

Nice place, good service. Bathroom need some improvement. Basic breakfeast is fine, but the coffee is terrible. Could be a good idea to add a kurig machine at reception to offer another choice.

The staff are professional and courteous. Our original plan was to stay only 1 day but stayed additional 3 days. Hotel is clean, quiet, and close to shopping, restaurants, beach, casino and boardwalk. The hotel provides continental breakfast. The room is equipped with a mini kitchen; if you choose to make your own meals. There is an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room for guests to enjoy.

Nothing did I like the staff very lazy and careless rooms dirty mice poop all over the place nasty wouldn’t refund for the night we had no choice but to stay ina room very unsanitary

You get what you pay for. It was exactly what we needed for a quick Atlantic City weekend trip without the bill. Area was relatively quiet. Hotel common areas were clean. The rooms were outdated a bit. Could use some paint and minor preventative care. The pool area was well kept and clean. Not much left at the continental breakfast by 9am but was happy to get a cup of coffee and some toast to hold us over until check out. Conveniently located around several food establishments and only 15 min drive to the boardwalk.

The hotel was very decent for the price,I have nothing bad to say other than the breakfast was horrible, nothing but muffins toast some juice milk and coffee and cereal that's about it and some fruit, they probably could do a lot better with the breakfast other than that the place was worth every penny so it didn't hurt to go have breakfast somewhere else. Other than that it's a great place for the price I would stay again.

This was a perfectly lovely place to stay just outside of Atlantic City for one night to see a show. The room furnishings are a bit tired, but the bed was plenty comfortable and everything was clean. The breakfast was absurd. Just toast and mini croissants and muffins, no waffle machine, no hard boiled eggs, so that was not really worth mentioning. The pool looked perfectly fine although I didn’t get a chance to swim. I was in room 20 one and there was a weird banging/rattling noise, periodically throughout my stay, which was a little unnerving, I thought it was somebody banging on my door at first, but realized it was not. Honestly, I thought this was too expensive for what it was and it’s location, but I did book a day before, so I’m sure that had something to do with it.

Convenient place to stay. Place is run down, needs some upkeep. Staff is great. Our frost room smelled of cigarettes (place is supposed to be a smoke free establishment). They moved our room and all was good.

It was just a two day stay and the room was poor quality. Over half the outlits did not work as well as several lights. It was basically an extended stay that really didn't offer even the basic kitchen needs. Walls where nasty as well as the bathroom. The jacuzzi was missing buttons and looked to used. The only postive thing about the place was it has a decent pool.

When we arrived, the room was not ready and completely torn up. A guest was arguing and cursing with the clerk about someone breaking into his room. Had it not been so late at night already, we would have changed hotels.

The property was the best of all the lower-cost hotels near Atlantic City that I have tried. I will stay here again on a future trip.

I like everything at Homestead

Not like it was 2 years ago when I stayed here. The rooms need a major upgrade. Won't be back.

The room was really nice, I liked the full kitchen. Make sure that you run the vent fan when you cook however, as the smoke detectors are sensitive (they tell you this at check in). Make sure you bring your own cookware!! (Pots, pans, cooking utensils, knives, and bring disposable plates/cups/utensils/etc). However there is a dollar tree super close, and there's also a Grocery Outlet not far away either. Staff were super friendly and kind. The breakfast area was nice - they had fruit, juices, coffee, cereal and milk, and muffins. The room was comfy, the TV worked well, the wifi was fast and secure, water in the shower was hot, and the pool was really nice! Only disappointment was that the gym was currently under construction, but there's a gym nearby you can pay a day pass for if needed. Our shore house is undergoing renovations and we came here last minute so we could do a birthday trip to the beach. The hotel was definitely worth it - great price too! Would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for a great vacation!

I property was ok. I wasn’t looking for 5 stars, but the fire alarm went off 3 times. We stayed 1 night.
