The woman who checked us in was very friendly and went out of her way to me helpful to us and others . The bed was comfortable and I usually don’t like hotel beds

The hotel was good. However my room door did not work and I was locked out 3 separate times. They did not fix it properly after the first time which I would have expected. Also did nothing to compensate for the inconvenience.

Tried to watch streaming shows on TV with close captioning. Alas we got captioning only about half the time -- not enough for someone had of hearing.
Would like to say shower was good but fire alarm went off just as I was about to step into the shower. So had to throw some clothes on and walk down the steps to the outside. Fire was real and in the kitchen so free breakfast also didn't happen.

Couldn’t use the TV as it was broken, had a pink color, and produced no sound. Additionally, the speaker at the door for the intercom was malfunctioning and made an uncontrollable noise upon entering the property.

This hotel was not up to typical Marriot standards. My bathroom was a old, outdated mess, fixtures falling off the wall. Zero amenities. Truly disappointed.

Not so great. Room was clean but damp and had an unpleasant odor. Even the clothes in my suitcase felt damp after the second day in the room. Shower caulk was molding. I would not stay here again.

The refigerator was not working and our food / medicine went bad. I spoke to the front desk and asked if they could do something to make it right. They said they will speak to mgmt, but nothing changed yet.

Rooms are not refreshed. Staff does not tell you that you have to request cleaning. We had a 4 day stay. Had to request towels, soap, too toilet paper and tissues. No one collects trash. Over priced for lack or services

Everything was fine except the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance and since I booked through Travelocity, there was no notice ahead of time. Luckily I didn't book it based on that, but we were kind of bummed.

Excellent service and a great staff. The room was great and the lounge area was exactly what we needed for our travel hockey team. Perfect hotel

The pool was closed was not on web page. When we checked in we were told the bar would open at 5:00. We went out for dinner not wanting to drink and drive figured we would unwind with a cocktail or 2 before retiring to our room. The bar never opened. very disappointing stay, will never come back!
Not even a place to charge a phone had to go to the store for a plug. Very outdated hotel!

Fine place to stay for a quick overnight. Website stated that hotel had amenities of breakfast including Starbucks and pool. But no notification prior or during our check in that these amnesties were not available. Pool had a notice on the door that it was being “renovated”. Some of the other guests on our floor were yelling and noisy in the middle of the night. Room was fine but nothing special.

The room was super comfortable. It also had a ton of amenities like a fridge and microwave in the room. Breakfast options were a little limited but if you’re not picky they had something for you. Definitely recommend the stay

Bathtub seemed to have dirt on the bottom so wasn't sure if it was really clean. Floor also appeared to have dirt marks on it. Tile need to be bleached or scrubbed thoroughly.

Horrible experience. The main reason we chose this hotel was for the pool and hot tub. Was never told they were both closed for maintenance on the website or at the desk when we checked in. Hotel bar states they are open until 10:30 pm, at 9:45 the bartender explains she’s too busy and can’t get us a drink. Shower does not drain and the floor had footprints from the people before us and hair in the tub. If it was $50 a night it would have been overpriced.

The property was clean and well maintained. We just stayed a night to do things in the area. Great price and clean for a 1 night stay.

No one at desk to greet us at 7 pm. Waited 10 minutes then called desk. No answer. Called again. Young woman finally appeared, dressed very sloppily.
