We liked the check in and check out process and the service from staff.
We didn't like that they don't accept American Express and the unexpected fees for parking, security box and towels for pool.

The staff was very friendly, the location is great!! It is just very old, same welcome postcard seems to have been used too many times, same the cleaning kit, it was new but because it had not been used, stayed in the same old paper bag that had been splashed with water. Needs to tidy and renew a few things, but it was ok for the purposes or the trip.

Staff welcoming and friendly. Apartment clean, pool area clean as well. Central to all amenities. Stayed there quite a few times now, never disappoints us.

Nice place, good location, very helpful staff. Parking is limited to about 7 vehicles but cheap parking is close. A lot of restaurants near by, too.

Excellent location the reception staff were so good especially Jose Antonio also Manuel on the breakfast. If we were to have a moan it would be that the breakfast Never changed and you could not order anything Shame as otherwise it was great.

Spent a very pleasant six days in a Marbella Inn studio. Very central to beach and Old town yet away from all the commotion. WiFi was weak in our studio on sixth floor but we would come back and stay here. Breakfast was good value and overall we were very happy.

Had a fabulous stay. The apartment was clean and modern and spacious. The hotel is in the heart of the old town and 5 mins from the beach. Loads to do and many amazing cafes and restaurants on our doorstep. Loved it x

An old renewed hotel with good rooms, but no amenities. Breakfast is of poor quality and staff not particularly friendly. Reception staff very good and friendly. To use the safe in the room you have to pay €2.50/day. Something unbelievable. The rooftop pool is Ok but no towels available and when asked at reception, one is told to go to a shop around the corner and buy one. Such small things, bad breakfast, charge for safe and no amenities makes this hotel not a 3 star but downgrades it to a 2 stars, despite good rooms.

The Marbella Inn is located in the downtown area of the beautiful city of Marbella in the heart of shopping, dinning and most notably Old Town Marbella, which is a treasure to itself. You are a short walk away from the beach and would recommend walking, ditch the taxis, to discover all the fresh baked bread, pastries, tapas of every flavor and of course the shopping. I definitely stay again.

We found the Marbella Inn hotel to be a very comfortable and friendly hotel. Staff were very friendly and always smiling. For English speakers' language was no barrier. We'll be going back there regularly

Stayed one night during my visit to Marbella the centrally located. The hotel which have recently renovated rooms offers clean and reasonably priced accommodation. The beds were comfortable and bathroom was spotlessly clean with tv in room. Would stay here again on a future visit.

we had a nice 4 nights stay in this hotel. location is nice and walkable to the beach and the tourist area. the stuff was very nice, helpful and welcoming. and breakfast was nice with a good variety of options.
the only thing I didn't like was the in propertie parking which was very tight and required a good driving skill in order to park withour scratching the car.

All the rooms seem to smell of tobacco. Other than that a great location.

My girlfriend and stayed for a full week and enjoyed every minute of it. Great hotel at a great price and with an excellent rooftop pool. We arrived late and left very early, so the 24 hour reception was really great. Location-wise the hotel is perfectly located close to the city centre and the famous orange square, but at the same time just a few minutes walk from the beach.
