I have always enjoyed staying at this property. It’s always very clean and the staff is so friendly. The young adults running down the hall screaming and one crying was not so great at midnight ! That usually doesn’t happen. Also when we walked out in the morning several cars were
vandalized thankfully ours was t one of them. This again surprised me as this is a very good area.

Our room faced the shops at Easton which made for great night time view. The room was spacious and clean. Will definitely book again next time I’m in Columbus.

We arrived at 5:30 pm and couldn’t check in until 6:30. Had a concert to get ready for and missed a couple hours of the show with the delay. 😞

Check in was supposed to be at 3 they wouldn’t let me in my room until sometime after 4 and the water was ice cold when showering, you’d expect more out of $250 a night…

Great location! Everyone was super friendly! Rooms were nice. Funny smell when walking in…but the smell wasn’t in the rooms. Coffee in the morning was excellent!

The hotel is in a great location near everything you could possibly need. The parking lot is a bit small in my opinion and the overflow parking area is a tad dark at night to be walking with children, which I did not like. The rooms are nice and the staff were friendly. The kids enjoyed the pool.

This location is perfect and the price is great. If you’re staying to shop and eat at Easton Towne Center, you don’t even have to move your car.

Loved ability to park, shop and dine at Easton. Bathroom ceiling was in need of repair and the wallpaper was starting to peel off walls. Bedsheets too small for mattress. Looked like full size sheets on queen mattress.

Walls were paper thin that we could hear everything the kid in the room next to us was talking about but it was at quiet to sleep. The gym had a weird smell and guessing it was from the pool. Staff was not welcoming or very friendly checking in. Bed was very firm and not super comfortable but I guess better than rolling into the center.

The property was conveniently located and the room spacious. But the grout in the bathroom was black with filth(it was supposed to be off white) and part of the baseboards were falling off the walls.

Everything was good but ended up in a handicap accessible room that we did not need. Spouse would have preferred having a tub but otherwise it was a nice stay.

The room next to me was an adjoining room door and I could hear some very disturbing noice I thought it was someone being abused at first I thought it was in hallway but realized it was next door I tried call guest services but could not get thru . Very loud and I was a little nervous

What I didn't like and will possibly change my mind about staying there again, it that there was no microwave in the room. A $50 microwave for every room is all that it takes. The TV channels was awesome. But for me to stay again, I would need a microwave. But otherwise it was awesome!
