I had the room for two night, first night the air conditioner was not working and the room was super hot! I told the receptionist the morning after and he said it will be fixed. At night when we get to the room it was the same, the kids were asleep already and the room was HOT!!! The room also was very noisy from the highway.

Food

Room, staff and service were great but there is a lot of construction next and around the hotel.

Very clean nice hotel but very expensive to get into town. Very out of the way.

Hotel is tired and a little shabby. Staff friendly, breakfast good value for money, had 1 evening meal, and again, good value. Rooms, again in nred of a freshen up. Mattress lumpy and uncomfortable and only 1 worn out pillow each. Location is remote and a 20-30€ taxi ride to most places. Would use again for a short stay.

Close to Baricentro however buses were infrequent and didn’t even run on Sunday. I was under impression it was close to train station but it really wasn’t.

The staff friedliness and professionalism.

I know they don't speak English, but it will be nice if they can try to accommodate others who dont speak your local language

The interior and the structure wasn’t what I expected a 3 star hotel to be.

1. This property is in a small town away from Barcelona city where are all the major attractions are. Airport is at the other end and incurred 75 euros each way of commute. Getting to city and back caused additional expenses. This hotel should not be listed under Barcelona city hotels. 2. We visited in the last week of August where it was so hot. The a/c was not effective though it was running. There were many families with small children complaining about the temperature in the hotel. 3. The wi-fi did not work. They said I-phones need special options. We tried all options and we could not get wi-fi to work on any one of our phones. For this reason, we had to go to a restaurant outside to make online reservations to attractions. 4. Bath tub is so high and you really need a step stool to get in and out. Otherwise, there is a fall hazard especially for pregnant women and seniors. 5. There were ants in the room all over. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Very unhygienic, poor customer service and rooms were dirty. Won't be going there anymore.

This hotel is one of the oldest campanile hotels in Europe and it needs some renovation. But as in all campanile hotels the food was good, the bathrooms clean, and the staff was very helpful. It is far away from Barcelona which I didn’t realize when I booked it. Fortunately we had a car and free parking. Overall my stay was good for the price.

They gave us a room with connecting doors . In the room attached they had a big dog barking at 0300 am . On top t’he room did not look like a hotel room at all . It looked like the cheapest motel room ever . Not pleasant whatsoever.They changed our room to the 4 th floor with no air conditioning. Looked pretty bad too. Horrible experience. Expedia should not sell in this property.I believe this was the worst experience with Expedia I ever had.

The room smelled like someone smoked through the air conditioner. It was hair in the shower, the floor was dirty. The people working there was nice, but I would never stay again. Breakfast was very good.

The room felt dated, but the biggest issue wss the balcony/corridor. The next room insisted on making his telephone calls at high volume right outside my window, even drowned out the traffic!I ate at the hotel, but would not again, i could not recommend it. But it was clean, functional, and a bed forbthe night, so OK.
