Sink didn’t drain, shampoo and conditioner were empty, sink in kitchen handle not secured

A bulb lamp from bath fell down on my headl still no response from the manager’ im i a hilton honor member. Bath was clogged.

Elevator was broken and the exterior of the property needs some attention. It worked good for a lay over. Not usually what I get with a Homewood Suites is all.

My truck was stolen overnight.

Gym with two elliptical trainers, treadmill, dumbbells, mats, balls, water, sweat towels, large mirror. Thankful the AC was not blowing full blast on me as it was in another hotel in Maui

The room is so dark.

First day arrived at hotel, one light is malfunction Second day I got woke up by reception at 23:30 due to AC leaking issue and asked me to stay higher than 75F or higher Third day arrived at hotel with a super noisy fan inside my room try to dry the carpet, I asked them to remove and reception tried me to keep that one in my room on…all these days I have been asking them to change me a room and were told they were sold out Forth day someone from hotel opened my door while I was breast pumping, I was so scared. I was not told that they would send someone to my room to check the AC, reception seems not care what happened, no manager came to apologize. Until end of my stay, light that was not functional never been repaired…

It was okay for the price

We had a great stay, we are locals and just wanted to get out of the house and chill by the pool with friends and family. Valerie (front desk) we amazing, I needed a screwdriver and some scissors and she got this items for me. She was very pleasant and courteous!

Stayed one night on a layover. Close to airport. Not much in the area to walk to for food. Website says no airport shuttle but they had one. Very friendly staff. Older property but clean and maintained. Had 2 bedroom suite and it was great! Plenty of room and comfortable. Would stay here again. Only complaint was stairwell smelled of marijuana.

Very clean. Only complaint I can make was we had the room farthest from the elevator on the 2nd floor and ice was located on the first floor. No vending located on each floor.

Everything was great but one of our pillow in our room had blood on it ;( The staff was amazing! The manager at homewood asked me to contact y'all to contact them as they will be discounting our stay for the inconvenience

The gentleman who worked at night was very kind friendly helpful and polite.

They were very accommodating and allowing me to check in early and late check out.

The property was okay. We were only in town for the weekend for a dance competition and convention. We did see a bug in the room, however, staff was friendly and very accommodating. The other properties around the hotel did not particular make us feel safe, however once inside the property, we did feel safe. There was also a lot of construction in the area

The room was very clean but the pool and jacuzzi we had to clean it everyday for the pool was dirty.

I'm only giving 3 stars because the person at the front desk was helpful and the hotel provides a shuttle to the airport that was very convenient. We got in around 11 and there was no one at the front desk. There was note that they'd be back in 5m but that didn't happen for at least 25m. We called the front desk and the customer service number, no dice. She was the only one manning the hotel on a night it was fully booked. This was just poor planning. She was nice and I felt bad that she had to run from one end of the hotel to the reception and check us in while panting. We finally got to the room around 11.30 and wanted to crash since we had an early morning flight that required us to take the 5.30 shuttle. The blinds didnt close all the way and we had to come with a way to clip the edge drapes together to block the light out. At around 11.45 the people upstairs checked in and were exceptionally noisy, slamming doors dropping things on the floor. We thought they might be settling in and gave them about 20m and still wouldn't stop. We had to call the front desk 3 times about 10m apart to complain. The front desk lady was understanding but nothing came from her intervention. It just got worse. That level of noise would have been unacceptable during the day for more than 5m but at midnight for an hour was just inexcusable. I understand that the hotel is not responsible for the people upstairs but the construction was just cheap, there was no insulation.

I wish that I would have known that they had their airport shuttle in just certain time windows. What to do when you are delayed from a flight. Also, there were half drunk bottles of cola in the fridge and a beer bottle in the room. VERY short stay- so no idea what this property looked like in the daylight.

Love the food

Receptionist on duty was excellent. Friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfy. Breakfast excellent! Airport shuttle prompt. Great value hotel!

Hi the room not the cleanest and breakfast ended early so we didn’t have a lot of time to eat.

The TV in the room didn't work. We had checked in, opened our cases and had things out, went to eat and came back several hour later. We turned on the TV and it didn't work. I called the desk to have someone come to check it but they wouldn't send anyone. After I complained she offered for me to change rooms. I wasn't happy with the thought of having to repack everything and my grandson being in the shower to move. A Hilton property isn't what it's cracked up to be.
