This not what we expected from this chain! The room was damp, the double glazing had failed and the a/c thought it was a Boing 747!

It wasnt my favorite Holiday inn. We sat up front for a solid 20 minites for the front dest guy to let us know he canceled our reservation as a "no show" we got in after mid night. I stay at hundreds of hotels a year and this has never been an issue. He then double charged me. I also asked for a king on the reservation and i got two double beds. It was a tight squeeze for the gf and i on one of those. It was a nice bed though. Very comfortable.

Key cards to the rooms never worked. We had to make multiple trips to the front desk to get new key cards. No blankets or pillows for the pullout couch. I had to stand at the front desk for 10 mins before a worker came to the front desk. Not kid friendly. Employees didn’t like the kids outside plying volleyball or football. Breakfast kitchen staff was RUDE, especially the older lady working the morning breakfast. Extremely understaffed. Hotel was completely booked out for the weekend, and they only had ONE employee working the front desk.

Bad from the minute I walked thru the doors. They tried to put me in a double bed room when I had booked a king with sofa bed . Employees in the breakfast room were rude. Only 1 towel when they cleaned room , no water for coffee. No one was ever at the front desk you always had to ring bell leaving me to think they were short handed.

Hotel is pretty nice. Sits back from the street and had some places to eat around it along with some little business. This was my 3rd time staying for work so well worth the extra 20 minutes. Breakfast was the standard Holiday meal so hot and cold foods and well worth it.

The room was clean and provided for a comfortable stay. The only thing we noticed was that the door stopper in the bathroom was not there and the tile was cracked where the stopper had been. We had to be extra careful with our children. Other than that - the stay was a good one and the breakfast was super delicious! Would stay again.

The room was damp. It had been raining for several days so we know the humidity was high everywhere but our clothes were damp in the morning. The moisture was good for our sinuses, though, so we slept good. Staff was friendly. Our room did have some areas in the bathroom that appeared to be poorly repaired from damage but it was only an aesthetic issue.

The night lady and the lady who helped us with the daily breakfast service were totally amazing! I hope they both get a raise. It was totally clear they wanted to make sure we were happy with everything and that all of our needs were me.
Sadly, I didn’t get either of their names. But I do have to say there was not a single employee we encountered who didn’t do above average service. Bottom line, the staff at this facility is to be committed, awarded, compensated but most of all service was the priority. Nothing but the best.

When we arrived in our room, it had a cleaning odor that took our breath away. Started coughing and with me having a lung issue didn’t help matters. Noticed there was a humidifier in the room but it didn’t help. Left cold air on which helped a little but froze to death. Other than the smell it was ok.

We were traveling on our way to the Gulf Coast and stopped here overnight! We found a friendly staff, clean, well-appointed rooms with everything we needed, and a terrific, hot breakfast the next morning. We couldn't be more pleased with the night's stay. We will definitely stay here next time we're in the area. Thanks so much for a great experience!

There was Blood on one of the pillows!!!!!! Also the carpet in half of the room was wet. I feel like a refund should be made. I talk to the manager and it Embarrassed her. I’m sure I won’t hear back from this. And that’s

I was in Enterprise Al for work and i needed a room last minute to stay there in Alabama again. It was a great experience with top notch customer relations very clean room, great hot shower with very updated amenities. I would recomwnd staying at this location if you are in this area.

This stay, was okay I hate we were so far away from things we were there to visit family in Troy Alabama and it took away from the time to spend with family. The hotel was okay we did see one roach in the room but for the most part the room was clean the staff was nice and friendly. I would not stay there again if I'm there to visit Troy but if I was there to hang out in that town which is Enterprise Alabama I possibly would stay again.

One of the very worse properties I have ever stayed. Just imagine circus circus gone hillbilly pool hotel with the most musty smell ever.
Very rude housekeeping staff and honestly, the hotel is in the condition it’s in cause of it. Wonder when the building inspections is gonna happen for their properties. Should stick a mold stick in the wall and see if this property is even safe to stay in.

I don't think Holiday Inn hasn't thought this through, I reserved a room, my daughter's softball tournament was cancelled, I purchased your insurance, just in case, you said you would call the hotel and see if they would indeed refund the price of the room, they said no I guess....what they fail to understand, there are somewhere in the neighborhood of 40,000 kids in the 500 mile radius of their hotel that play travel sports, when hotels don't work with those kids parents a little bit, hotels get blacklisted pretty damn quick. Holiday Inn will not get our business anymore. Hampton, Marriott and even Best Western know how much money they make off of travel sports teams and they work with you.
