All was good and as expected except for them wanting to charge 20€ extra for arriving one hour before the posted check-in time. The room was ready. Silly.
I was allowed to pay for the room then I sat in the parking garage for an hour

This hotel was very nice. The room was a nice size. It has a restaurant located inside but I didn't get the chance to take advantage of it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking garage was convenient.

OK hotel for business travel. Nothing to complain. Stayed one night and had breakfast. Breakfast was good but nothing fancy. Same goes with room. To my supprise Airport connection was difficult.

Very decent, clean and unpretentious budget hotel - excellent value for money. Perfect for a short stay while on pleasure or business. Friendly, genuine and helpful staff made all the difference.

WiFi has to be logged in using unique passwords every couple of hours. If you try and watch a Netflix movie, expect to get kicked off the WiFi 2-3 times per movie. If you try to buy a 1 liter Coca-Cola it will be 6 Euros. Room was clean but overall, I will avoid staying here in the future.

in the middle of nowhere. 45 minuts from coty center. overpriced. restautant with poor choice of dishes.

Convenient location near one of the U-bahn stops, otherwise little around. Rooms are basic but fine. Good breakfast. Overall good value for money.

Bare-bones room but comfortable. It was quite hot and there was no way to adjust, had to open the window but street noise was a bit loud. Bed was good and everything worked.

Excellent budget hotel right next to a subway stop so that was great. Nice little restaurant and bar. The only small negative was the AC was disabled in room because it was below 60 outside. Room was still hot but nothing hotel staff could do. Went to beer garden until it cooled off in room with window open. Anyway that’s why we never travel to Europe in summer! The AC is never adequate anywhere.

Great hotel easy journey into the city and to the stadium also visited Dachau also an easy trip to plan and do. Hotel staff very friendly and knowlegable. All in all a great stay

I usually find Ibis hotels to be clean and comfortable. The Ibis München Garching is no exception. The staff were friendly and helpful and not being a native German speaker they were happy to speak to me in English when I stumbled with my poor German!Very easy to find when you use the U6 railway, but make sure you get off at the right Garchen station as there are 3 of them! The station you need is Garching Hochbrüch and the hotel is immediately next to the station as you can see from my photo. The U6 line runs to and from the city centre until around 02:00, which is useful.I would definitely use this hotel again.
