Is was ok the only problem was, the tv only have three channels, tvs are regular they're not smart tvs, is make me feeling uncomfortable because I wanted to watch tv after Enjoy the day.
But is okay.
I am still waiting for my 300 dollars deposit 🙃

Everything was good. The only detail was the air-conditioning. To avoid high humility in the room we had to keed the temperature low. So the room will always be freezing.

Room was nice but no microwave which is necessary due to every where you eat there is a lot of food to bring back with you also no laundry facilities on the resort you have to use the laundromat on 115 and it was very expensive but overall I loved it

Place was very clean and maintained. Staff were friendly. We saw work being done which is good, just would have be nice to know that it was next door. But overall good trip. Would definately come back and I’m sure it will be even better next time. Maybe will try a villa

They need to renovate the facilities ASAP. The elevator stinks of humid and the doors sounds awful. No view from the pool to the beach. Saw people walking thru the beach for the pool with no tags.

The property is an older one and could use updating. The pool only goes to 4 feet deep. The food options are limited (in terms if places to eat at the hotel). Many of the staff could have been friendlier too.

They are currently removing an area of rooms in the hotel.
However they are doing a good job of keeping noise and mess at a minimum.

I was a little concerned about some negative reviews but overall we had a good experience here. Good location, nice beach right there and nice pool area. Staff seemed to keep the place clean and looking good.

Most amazing resort I have ever been in. Very clean and right on the beach. Room service and they clean your room everyday. Great staff and free on property parking if you rented a car. The swim up bar is great abut the drinks are a bit weak. I recommend buying your boos down the road and making your own drinks! I highly recommend the resort!

Came for a family vacation and we had so much fun! Everyone is great and polite! The service was amazing. The rooms are great and very comfortable and super clean I don’t have any complaints at all. We didn’t want to leave, definitely coming back to this great Hotel !!!

Hotel was average, need some renovations, some things didn’t work like the microwave and the tv remote. Staff was ok, the ones at the pool were better. We had a good time, the views are nice, pool and beach are good. But overall I felt that I paid too much for what I receive. Food and drinks are pricey as well.
