It was the worst motel 6,'s I've ever been to. And I've been to plenty bad ones. The room was filthy the floors were dirty there were even stains and hair on the sheets. I got in late I was exhausted and then had to go through the rigmarole changing room. Then my new room the bathroom floors were gross there was dirt all over the floor, it hadn't been mopped, and it was a cold winter night and the bedding was inadequate to stay warm. The staff was rude and refused to give me a refund. I'm going to call the health department and I'm going to call the chamber of commerce on these people please do not in future recommend this motel 6.

It was just what we needed. We had and event for the 4th of July and the event location was just across the street. Rooms were clean, water pressure was good, beds were comfy, AC worked great and it was a nice basic room to keeps our stuff in and sleep a few hours.

I like the ice, working tv, refrigerator and the convenient parking , but I don’t like the toilet/shower, bed (too soft) & the floor (dirty). The staff was friendly.

It was alright! Its Motel 6 can’t expect much. It was centrally located and convenient to get around. Our room was in the corner close to the main street and it was pretty noisy. The hotel itself could use a remodel. It served its purpose. We had a place to stay..

Good location convenient to many things. For being on the Boulevard and close to the slide, go carts and Wyatt's, it wasn't as loud as I thought it might be. Plenty of parking and a free bottle of water. The A/C wasn't working too well so it took a long time for the room to cool off but that's probably not a frequent problem. Overall, a good value and I would stay here again.

For starters our first was dirty and not done yet, but they gave it to us anyways. Our second room was average size and cozy, unfortunately the bathroom has some missing parts in it, shower handle was missing a screw to hold it. Water stopper was missing in sink, toilet handle was loose I had to tighten it.

Rooms are usually always available & the price is right if you're just looking for a place to sleep. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are simple and clean. Absolutely no frills, so if you're expecting something fancy, this is the wrong place for you! The grounds are very rustic, just as the rest of Big Bear is, so you won't find fancy landscaping, it's totally appropriate for the area.
Dogs are always welcome at no additional charge, which is awesome! No other hotels have this perk to my knowledge. Highly recommended if you just looking for a clean, affordable, and convenient motel close to the village in Big Bear (although not quite walking distance).

Right across the street from the July 4th community fair. That was a great option, walking distance.
BUT, check-in took at least 45 minutes. The line was out the door even with 2 people at the front. There is something wrong with their system for it to take that long to get people into their rooms.
This place was understaffed for a holiday. We could not get a 1st floor room because they were still “dirty” at 5:30 on a Thursday. Where is the housekeeping? What if we had requested an Accessible room?
Our room’s shower still had dark hair on the wall. Gross.

This hotel is a good budget hotel. No frills. It's very convenient to walk across the street to the convention center. Prices seemed high due to the motorcycle event happening. Coffee isn't served until 7a and it was very watered down. The room did the trick if you are looking for bare bones.

Overall the outside property was clean.
The shower is small and has a horrible design. Water got all over the floor. The ceiling panel was falling off. There was stains on the curtains. And the room reeked of fabuloso when we walked in. It served its purpose since we were there for a wedding and only their to sleep.
Staff was very helpful and nice. No issues with them.

Rooms are so small, the sheets were not clean. The hotel requires additional fees for housekeeping. It is far from shops and restaurants.

Room was clean in appearance but wood floors were dirty as our soles of feet were soiled after walking on them just to get out of bed to use lavatory. No tub but hot water. I have service dog and there were places to walk her and refuse cans for bags. For the price it was fine.
